Istanbul (PART 1) | Exploring the Beautiful City | Travel Vlog
Join me on part 1 of this two part series as I explore the beautiful city of Istanbul - the city that bridges Europe and Asia.
In this vlog, I explore the city and discover its hidden gems, vibrant culture, and rich history.
I start the first day by visiting the iconic Blue Mosque, also known as Sultan Ahmed Mosque, and marvel at its stunning architecture and intricate designs.
Next I indulge in an authentic Turkish kebab before exploring the bustling bazaars and street markets, in search of some traditional Turkish souvenirs and handicrafts.
On the second day my plans are put off by the Istanbul Marathon which leads me to taking a boat tour along the Bosporus River instead. Thereafter, i hut for some delicious food before ending the night at the incredible Hagia Sofia.
Throughout the vlog, I will share useful travel tips and insider knowledge to help you make the most of your trip to Istanbul.
So, come along and join me on this adventure-filled day in Istanbul!

Mount Elgon truly is a hidden gem tucked away right up against the border with Uganda. Thanks to its high altitude, Mt Elgon offers a range of ra...

You can see by your face and continuous smile, how happy you are in Kenya, I was born in Kitale close to mount Elgon as a boy growing up on a farm at Hoeys Bridge ( Moi’s Bridge we could see mount Elgon from the breakfast table on the veranda. As a white Kenya I dearly miss Kenya, my wife said to me once you are different when you are in Kenya, too true. Yes I did the Elgon climb too! Go well Bro.
