I suppose looking at this video a skill set or four are missing, but then ive done this kind of thing before. I have seen the water issues and they are much wider than people think. There is no damp proof course so near water will soak back into the walls. Any restoration starts at the roof and then the windows. Once you get that done you'll find things that much easier. Yes toilet and bathroom are a priority!!!😮 The velux was interesting as i have done resto's and the flashing dont go over the tiles, there are two kits. But the roofing i done differently there and why there are so many problems with the roofs. Due to the way thungs are (materials) im thinking of shipping supply's for me as i dont think you cna grt a lot of stuff there that we know works and has certain standards. So planning already the 27.5 hour drive in my Van 😅 I've watched a few of your videos, but not followed the whole start to finish. You have done well and learnt a lot. But then thata freedom and experience that you would have never had, and you can look back on it in years to come as youre young enough. My journey is just starting and tbh its a bit scary. Im older and a bit falling a part.

Ive just bought a property in a small village around the pavlikeni area. Its ready to live in but there is a ln extension that needs completing and a few cracks here and there that needs fixing. Im sooo nervous about it all for some reason 😅 i wont be living there as i have responsibilities back home so just struggling to figure out how i will be managing it. Not asking for anything here besides a few words of encouragement 🥰

Is it possible to get a job in the uk to work online , say answering emails, or chat bot queries but be stationed in Bulgaria? Or won't English companies allow it? Or could you travel to the uk for 3 ir 4 months , work in construction and head back for another 8 months?

You need generator for the electricity. So, you can switch on where need.... Wi-Fi accelerator in the house for the death spots... For the limescale you can put limescale filters on the main pipe.... I really admire the courage you’ve had to do this. I’ve spent years looking at houses in Bulgaria, always thought it would be impossible until I came across your channel and few others. We run an estate agency in the uk, working 7 days a week 12 hours a day and it’s exhausting for very little reward. Funnily enough My brother in law is the ceo of Strikex which is a crypto project, he has investment with Peter cruddas of CMC. So we’re hoping our coins will blow up one day and we can live wherever we want and not have to work. Thanks for giving me some inspiration!

Omg, you phonies measure a new low in clickbaiting. You know what a poverty line is? You know what the value for Bulgaria is? 323€ *per person*, in 2023. That's when you literally barely survive month to month. But then there's you, the anti-consumerist couple, that has somehow splashed more on their bloody Tesla than they have spent buying and finishing that house, trying to convince the world it is not only doable, but a breeze. Well, 600 000 Bulgarians who live below the poverty line, that in case someone has missed it, is >2 times what you say you live on *as a couple*, beg to differ. While starving and freezing that is. But I guess you are all right, they are just faking it for drama.
