yes but its impossible to do a photo comparison from a tin type to a more modern photo of an older man brushy which is what they did i think? the exposure of a tin type is more than a few seconds and even in the 40s it would be a fraction of a second and i thought the conclusion of the comparison was that it could be actualy the same man and the reference to the 83% was only that if it was 83% it could be used in a court of law to convict a criminal for murder or a serious crime its also when people are abducted and missing for years they can age an old photo of the abducted person to this is what they might look like today but even that is not a precise science young vs old is what this comparison was even bone structure in the face could change with age making it near impossible to say a definite yes or no just an example i have in my own pocket my drivers license card for my uk license taken in 2002 i was 41 weight training and using anabol in that i am near 11 stone only 22 years later after i was diagnosed with COPD in 2007 and now i am stage 3 copd that is massive weight loss my picture on my dutch residence permit looks nothing like me back i 2002 people think my old driving licence picture is not me.

I just don't get it, the customs of the folks in Ft Sumner that is. For one thing, do they leave meat hanging on their porch and neighbors can come in the night and help themselves. the girl you think is a man is a woman ! you can see she got tits! i think because of the amount of people what you think you see is a beard but its an old tin type and a a flash is needed but it cannot infill where there are people so close in front of one and other so what you see as darker areas are just where the flash has not been able to light up because people in front are blocking the flash penetrating some areas you would need a modern powerful flash gun to light up that whole picture that it photo shopped no way and there were little to none tricks you could do with a camera back then you cannot even a double exposure make on a tin type you can only do that with later film cameras

I have seen the film about the research that went into authenticating where that building was and when examined some of the original structure was still inside the building

i get it but cameras can play tricks depending on the lens and the distance from the object and you only reference 1 of the rolling hills behind when that was researched it was from a further distance and you can see more hills that do agree to that being in that place thats why you dont get it the big photo they took of many hills behind and to the left and right matched exactly the hills that are still there

So what billy is wearin in this photo, and its been proven already, hes wearing a baby blue bib shirt those are buttons that people think its chain from a watch , cowboys use too wear them all the time , with an anchor printed on it, some people use too wear them in those day, hes wearing denim pants and calvary boots , a tan waist coat and a acorn greenish cardigan sweater with a yellow handkerchief. And the hat , was a typical hat that they wear , that style of denting the hat the way billy has it was a style used in that location, bob olinger has it just like him and dan dedrick aswell

Theres a photo from billy the kid coalition on youtube, it was envelope with a picture in it from grant county jail, sheriff whitehill arrested him , and in the property papers say henry mcarty , and on the picture says , kid antrim. A very nice picture of him , clear ass day , well we think it's him it hasn't been Authentic yet I think there trying to find out before they make it public

I can’t imagine the world these people were living in. Having a legal crime ring running the day to day affairs. Taking what they want when they wanted it. Working month in month out literally eating beans only to be told you’re not getting paid. Leave if you don’t like it. A real kill or be killed war zone is about the best my mind can imagine. And it was all seemingly normalized. Being forced to leave memory of your life behind is something I liken to the quiet Viet Nam War Veterans we grew up knowing. The known decorated soldiers of Vietnam had little or nothing to offer. My father in law, several of my uncles. Not a word. I pried at them when I was older and in the military myself. Even when facing the possibility of going to war. Nothing more offered than “run like hell when you’re being shot at”. All of them same words and only a couple of them knew one another. The only stories you would hear were from the lesser battle hardened individuals that were there but in a combat support role. Living a life of such great pain that you can not talk about it. That’s all that I can imagine life was like in Lincoln County NM.

It’s always funny to me that people dismiss Brushy by saying “how could someone possibly do all the things he claimed to have done in his life?”… and as an old man now that grew up as a poor kid that moved 18 times over 7 different states by the time I was 16 years old. Dropped out of school to work a full time job at 16 because my parents couldn’t afford to buy groceries. I started working as a clean up laborer on construction sites, then a dishwasher at a restaurant and was cooking at 18… I was involved with all the drug dealers and criminals in my town. I joined the Army at 19 and fought the drug wars in Columbia and took part in the invasion of Panama… worked as a government contractor in Bosnia and Somalia… made enough money to buy a corvette race car and drove the western SCCA circuit. Helped build a classic mustang restoration company and built a couple of national show winning cars while amassing a collection of Shelby and Boss mustangs… 9/11 happened and I was recruited back to service and deployed multiple time to Afghanistan, Iraq and the horn of Africa. after being blown up by a 120mm mortar round fighting ISIS I was medically retired and soon after when to work for an aerospace company working on secret government programs as I began a collection of early 1900’s classic motorcycles… now days I just travel around the world with my wife and check out warm beaches and magnificent views… but it still always amazes me at how little some people do with life.. and then don’t even believe all the things that I’ve managed to accomplish… it wold have been far simpler to be a man that did the things that Brushy bill claimed to have done in his day. People have no drive these days and place their lacking onto the generations of the past simply because they can’t understand. As another note, there are many people in my family that absolutely have no idea what I have done in my life even though the have “known me” my entire life.

Great Interview! Mayor Baily seems like a nice man, I would love to visit their museum. DNA certainly would help, and maybe prove Billy is in Fort Sumner, or not. It would be to their advantage to have proof. What happened in Billy's life happened, no one owns him, he doesn't have living relatives, so no one has a say. I just wish they'd be able to prove where he is, and go to the next step of granting him his pardon. They have DNA from Billy's death bench, they know where his mom is buried, they certainly can find him in that little cemetery Steve Sederwall said he could easily find him. Mayor Bailey is not a forensic scientist so he doesn't know that it wouldn't help to look. I wish he'd stop saying no I don't agree with testing Billy's DNA, Billy was a person, who deserves to finally RIP, with his pardon. And if they firmly believe he's there, why not want the proof, they have a museum and seem to genuinely care about William H. Bonney, so why do they not put him first. its doesn't make sense.
