Very cool video! Sure with you had shown the completed part (the money shot!). Couple of suggestions. First, make a custom silicone vacuum bag for that tool. It will cut the setup time in half, plus you won't have to use tacky tape nor bag film. Only other suggestion is to add an outer layer of carbon fiber to couple with the 1st layer. The fiberglass mat in the middle acts as a "core", and the seat stiffness will increase substantially...if that's desired.

This is Epoxy resin PT2712 Low viscosity system.. We do not use styrene based resin like vinyl ester is styrene modified epoxy resin.
