We had a blast hosting our Let's Get Fit Fun Day at the William G. White, Jr. Family YMCA! Our Fun Day brought together friends from our Winston Salem and Yadkin communities. Let's Get Fit is a program that provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a safe and inclusive space to exercise and socialize.

Let's Get Fit is an initiative at Robinhood Road Family YMCA that creates an inclusive space for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to exercise and socialize. We currently offer two classes every Monday from 1:15-2:00pm and every Wednesday from 4:30-5:15pm. ymcanwnc.org/letsgetfit

You can usually have 1-3 free visits at the facilities and gather your marketing strategy ... to groom your video's for them. Loved the shirt you wore to lunch. You are such a Health Nut!
