I’m a Guzheng musician. I began learning Guzheng since I was 8 years old. I felt in love with this music instrument the first time I saw it.
Guzheng is an important part of my life
I came to uk in 2020 to study for one year master in London School of Economics. After graduating from university, I work in London. After work, I wants to let western public appreciate Chinese traditional music and understand real China.
Traditional Chinese music is my nostalgia.
I want to express in my muisc who I am, my experience and my thoughts about life.

Jasmine flower is very famous piece in China. It was folk music that is popular in Nanjing, near my hometown.
Jasmine flower fragrance is composed by Mr Zhanghao He, one of the famous composer in China, who also composed butterfly lover, one of the classic music in China.
Every time I play this music, I’m thinking about my hometown. I guess everyone who works far away from their hometown in a foreign country will understand this kind of feeling.
