Frieren is not childish, she just doesn't need to pretend anymore. She is in touch with her body and her needs. She knows how to enjoy small things without losing sight of the big picture. She shows her vulnerable side - something that many people don't even dare to do. And she can enjoy the care of others. And in doing so, she shows them that their care is not pointless, but valuable to her.

I think the title could also be "Fern being Frieren's mother for 3 minutes"
