Yes I have seen replacement blade sold online. Theres also a compatible brands available too. To keep the blade sharp, clean off all dirt and dry blade before storing

yes it does. It takes some time for the eggs to dry up after shaving. My lemon tree have been striving still with lots of lemons every year.

@liojoyz it requires constant monitoring it's easier to prune off the galls

@@oftin_wong yes if the infestation isn't serious, pruning the branches is the easiest. Heavy pruning will take 2 to 3 years for the tree to fruit again. This is an alternative way

@@liojoyz The problem is that you still have the lumpy galls with one side peeled But overall it adds to the number of lumpy galls present on the tree making it that much harder to see the new galls...they only attack new wood so there's no need to skeleton prune the tree to such a severe level ... And in fact skeleton pruning will only encourage new growth that the gall wasp love. Best practice is to keep the tree small and open so it's easier to monitor. I pulled out two orange trees and planted a kumquat and a callamansi Because the gall wasps don't attack them ...I kept the lemon because it's so valuable to me and that's how I keep it clear of gall wasps Also regular white oil applications ..it just kills whatever wasps are around on the foliage as well as all the other problems, leaf scale and miners, mould etc ...it's never ending with citrus Another tip is grow a kaffir lime It grows almost without incident No gall wasp ..no leaf miners no scale no aphids

@oftin_wong yes agree. I shave all around the galls actually, obsessive LOL. I have a dwarf Lots-of-lemons variety and keep it short so I can access and check regularly

well its actually real. You see, this "hill" actually exists. The landscape is made that way so people get confused. Due to gravity the bottle rolls downhill and not uphill, therefore i say that its not edited.

Yes this is just for small areas and you couldnt grass shear for a long time. only for odd spaces where hard for line trimmer to reach. Big areas have to use line trimmer

I use it to cut the grass around the pool.

Thanks for the tip! I will check it out. I have a couple of other shearing attachments and I found them too heavy. Ryobi should look into making them lighter.
