I'm very excited about Ricoeur and your excellent lecture but I wish I could get the written text to print out too, although maybe you'd prefer it not to be printable. I'm especially interested in the citations which I suppose I could just transcribe but I guess out of laziness I wish a machine could more automatically do the scribe work for me.

There’s an excellent transcript accompanying this fascinating lecture, but I can’t seem to print it out or save it even though it’s a PDF. Can anyone help me?

Free will helps establish our identity. Free will to make and identify the right choices though is essential. It makes me wonder Judas thoughts when he was thinking about betraying Jesus. What was running through his mind? The problem of evil yes.

Gods voice may be that gentle whisper or a firm suggestion that I must do something now, as I get. When it’s a positive direction, I always know it’s from God.

I’ve been in these situations too, when growing up. Growing up in the Northern NSW area. There were always so many drugs around. I didn’t like what I was seeing. Fortunately many of my friends didn’t either. Though I’ve seen so many really sad things. Like a young pregnant girl smoking pot. And her reactions to how the baby moved with it. This saddened me and still does.

God yes gives us the element of trust. It’s just like when we attend communion at our Churches. God say here take this wine, it’s symbolic of my blood. Just don’t get a taste for it and drink it too much. It’s for a purpose. Communion bread may be thought of the same way. All good things must be taken for the right reason and in moderation. Proverbs 23:19-21
