No comparison really unless you want to rally. The Shark 6 has more room inside, way better rear seats with no hump, is a bit quicker, is a lot quieter, has 230V V2L, cooled seats, HUD & is a lot more economical with hybrid. Aside from being $40,000 cheaper in AU, the Shark 6 will save me around $3,000 - $4,000 a year on fuel.
