Coach jenn what is 3.7 breakfast food scale measurement? What protein do I need g and 2.5 something I don’t know exactly a day or one meal what number protein do ineed a day or meal ? I’m too skinny bones muscles I want gain weight? But I don’t know if I eat enough calories for the day or if I have one meal the protein do ineed if I gotten ? Do we massure carbs and vegetables and protein separately? Coul please explain me how the food scale work and how Do I I do the measurement one meal and the protein do I need a day ? Thank you
