Check the Aran discord for optimal lines, but 8%dmg (1%dmg = 15str) is better than 21att (1att = 3str). Buff duration extends AB link by 4 seconds, so 60%dmg buff every 84s. Buff duration is more optimal than 20% crit rate once you hit 8.5k+ legion. edit: I personally opted for 21att because I want to maximize 1shot damage with Hunter's Prey, and 8% requires an abnormal status to be applied first.

I started Aran late 2020 as a dojo mule b/c I was inspired by a DB (Sinestra) that hit F39 on dojo. I was able to solo ecyg at lv 16x as Aran, and around that time the Awake update buffed Hunter's Prey, which made me curious about the damage. I then decided to fund my Aran. The rest is history.

Starforce, continue to do AR dailies for 1.5x AF, use guild buff, level up nodes. You already know what to do, but you just need to give your character more time to get stronger.
