I downloaded an app from a bodybuilder that gives you full science backed workouts for each muscle group training each muscle group twice a week. I was anxious and then nervous and kept procrastinating so i bought the app subscription and then the gym membership and took myself. Ive completed every one so far and ive never felt a pump like it before on each muscle. Ive been achy as hell too but tomorrow morning im going to wake up and get back in that gym and im going to do that 5 or 6 times a week every week for the nexr 6 weeks until i cement these into my identity as a man. Im going to improve my physique to the point where i create undeniable proof that i am the man i say i am, so that i am confident in myself and the labels that i give to my identity. Im going all in and im not going to stop. Ill never get lazy again for as long as i live and my sons will see that their dad looks and trains like a superhero. This is what ive changed this week, and this comment is my commitment to that change.
