Since I have the 500mm volume large profile printer, I remixed the frame from 4 pieces to 1 piece to reduce assembly time. Please proceed with the steps to obtain the parts for printing.

For the remix, I did few changes on the small parts:
Top frame:
• I added more bolts to the clamps to ensure the rod is securely fastened. The 285mm rod will be part of the structure, so I removed the bottom part of the frame.
• I modified the gantry carriage to fit the 285mm rod.
Printhead:
•(“021” just for fun because it is my lucky number, the STEP file I was upload is “100”)
•I modified the bracket to fit the v6 hotend:www.printables.com/model/965653-the-100-bracket-for-v6-hotend/files
Extruder:
Voron M4 Extruder is pretty good option, but I also design the bracket for BMG extruder which is not need to drill any mounting holes on frame.

Bottom frame:
•I remixed for easier assembling process.
•All the fastener exposed outside.
•Use the M5 bolts for the 2020extrusion hardware.
BOM:
Base on Matt's The 100 V1.1 High Speed Edition I have following changes:
•285mm liner rod x 6.
•20x20 250mm aluminum extrusion x2.
•V6 hotend.
•Raspberry Pi.
•All other materials are same.
Printer required:
•Print area of the printer should greater than 350mm x350mm.
Key settings:
•25% Infill.
•0.25 Layer height.
•4 Walls.
