The Brits seem to prefer that lighter green for the Thunderbird 2, but I think it's quite attractive in its own way. I always wondered why Brains wanted to write "Thunderbird" on each craft when they are trying to be secretive about it.

Really love the paintwork, Ryan- I'll be trying to get this exactly the same. It brings back memories of the end title shot of TB2 with John Read's credit - my favourite single shot of TB2 for 55 years now!

I used to have one of these sets back when I was 7, I kind of miss it. I had this, the Thunderbird craft that went with it, as well as the large scale Thunderbird 2 and 3. I still have the very small scale Thunderbird 1, 2 and 3, plus FAB 1 which now sits on my OO gauge railway layout as a homage.

Pity they didn't make TB1 bigger size in this range. Was supposed to be planned. If reissued again Vivid should make it about size of TB2 pod. As in past TB1 and TB3 are same sizes and TB2 is bigger than both made. But in show TB3 is supposed to be bigger than TB2

This version of TB is awesome. Especially with those grasping arms. My personal favourite in TB1

If you have never made a model Dalek before, where did the model come from on the shelf in the last shots of your video? 😮

This version of the island is opposite eg TB2 launch pad was on right and TB3 left. Pity the previous version didn't have the articulation for TB1 and 3 launch pad by raising up. As fan of Thunderbirds TB 1 is my personal favourite. Must admit love the newer version of TB1 than the original

I know the colour is not strictly accurate but i love that apple jack green and will be doing mine in the same shade.

Do you know what the yellow whistle shaped piece is for. Its on the list of blocks but doesnt appear in any of the instructions and has the oxford logo

Could have been better, but I don't exactly mind that they reused the same classic mold that they've been using for all of their classic tardis releases since. I do believe that if you line up the props in real life, the 13th doctor's tardis is surprisingly smaller than 9, 10, 11 and 12's. It's actually close to the first doctor's tardis if anything, so while not 100 screen accurate, I think it's...okay. Maybe was a bit overpriced. I like that they gave it the triple step roof at least.

They did a nice job with TB2. Revoltech is not the most auspicious name for the company.

This was like my favourite toy as a kid it is still in the loft not looked at the condition though. The old one though not this one mine was from the early 90s.

IT all depends on how authentic you want your film character merchandise to be I guess, when you understand how it SHOULD look. can you imagine them using this in the films?

I have a similar, if not identical model kit, but mine came with instructions in Japanese. I'll try contacting Aoshima, but they really don't have customer service. Any suggestions? I am thinking that maybe I can assemble it based on just the pictures. Any thoughts? Thanks.
