@@coachkieron well it's quick to the point yet beneficial ....you start out with a short and sweet statement that grabs the viewers attention immediately. Then you go on to explain your point briefly yet accurately. No nonsense, no bumfluff...edited nicely and with a good queues like " you should see your arms" which gives the viewer a good idea of what they should look for to know if they are performing the exercise correctly...keep it up bro!
I feel like if you have to do all this extra stuff just to properly lift the weight. To not break your back. Maybe the exercise is not even worth it.
@Ota_ku69 This is how to properly move your body if you were picking something up... it's not stuff you have to do to lift, it's just how you lift without ruining your body over time. Most people are stiff, tight, and riddled with imbalances & pain because they don't know how to move their body properly because they never bother to learn this stuff

Clickbait bs. Doing any exercise like a dumb newbie not gonna help build anything. Lat raises executed properly is the base exercises for shoulders arguably giving best gains

@@coachkieron I meant lat raises in general I’ve always included them in shoulder workouts and they seem to work great for me
@@Biscossity there's nothing wrong with lat raises, I do them too. I'm just showing this as an alternative exercise if they're not working 🙌

If there are any people that try to deadlift by yanking the bar as if they’re surprising the bar, that’s pure insanity. But yes, firming up all the muscles before the bar leaves the ground is definitely the move

No matter how you do a deadlift your still using your back. Why not just squat with dumbbells??? Either way a deadlift does not look good in my opinion
@madhatter5441 of course... I didn't say you don't, only pointing out how to avoid cooking your lower back as it's so common. If you don't like the look of the deadlift, don't do it man 🤷 plenty other options that work similar muscles 🙌🫡

Hahaha, it's practiced over a long time my man. If I just started squatting THAT low without ever having built-up the ground work, my tendons would be f*cked. Work on mobility, build your strength with a full range of motion, slowly increase the resistance over time, your joints can handle it much better.

Maybe blatantly wrong and stupid videos you will never get any attention. What you said is somewhat correct, but cardio is extremely beneficial for fat loss and essentially everything health related. Less excess calories at the end of the day and u will lose fat, there is no way around it

Walking is the answer. 10000 steps a day will do it.
Walking helps... But there's so many things you could do!
Fasting and 1 meal a day can also do wonders or even a 2-4 hour eating window is like the same pretty much but atleast you can eat more than once

@coachkieron it's kind of a let down, I think the viewer is expecting an answer after you pose the question but then the expectation isn't met. You deserve likes and follows if you provide value for sure, but putting ALL the value behind a condition turns people off. Generally it isn't bad to remind people to like and follow, but they will do so out of their own interests if they find the content You're providing serves them well

Basic principles 👌
You do burn some fat, but its so little you would have to do way too much cardio to make a differnce. Putting your body in a caloric defecit on the other hand makes your body acess your stored fat and use it more often to replenish your energy levels for normal body functions
Yeah if you do sustained cardio for 30-60 minutes, you typically tap into fat for energy. But who tf wants to waste that long doing nothing? 😂
What is physically possible tho is to increase bmr which in turn will help you burn more fat, and you know what helps increasing your bmr? Yeah, that's right weight lifting

Here's another super simple trick, Don't drink your calories, drink water. - Cut sugar out, all sugars exept fresh fruit. Use skim milk if you're a cofee addict. Good luck! o7
