    hi, I installed a floating valve, attached to a PVC, attached to a hose bib, but the end with the floating valve keeps leaking, resulting in overflow. What valve do you recommend please? Also, do u install a pressure reducer somewhere? Thanks

    • @dieselmxtt
      @dieselmxtt 2 місяці тому

      Some valves will have s pressure redcer built in wich is what I like because less pieces. Most likely that is why yours is leaking or the pressure may have broke it already.

    • @dieselmxtt
      @dieselmxtt 3 місяці тому

      Most likely mold. Similar to spider mites which is a white powder on the plant. Using a spray with soap/water will remove it. Depending on how bad you may need to do it twice. Leaves will burn if you do it while sun is out so cloudy day or in the evening is best

      @duke6321 3 місяці тому

      This is nonsense, because in Europe people are still building solidly and not houses made of cardboard or plywood. Good money can also be made with these solid houses, but these houses also withstand a storm and the roofs made of clay tiles last between 70 and 100 years. The better insulation is also a guarantee of lower energy costs.

    Hello, I hope your well... I've been studying your technique, your work is amazing! I started at diy brick project in the front of our home, I think your method of preparing a concrete slab will work wonders in our climate. My project is at the North, and we have 5-6 months of bitter cold winter. The ground freezes pretty deep and things like brick paths are hard to keep flat! I'm not sure if this is just a misconception, but I thought bricks needed to be supported by permeable substrate, for drainage. I admit this could be entirely in my own imagination. It would be my preference to lay a slab, I feel the things would look good forever! Hope you see this and hope to hear your comments... Nichol

    • @dieselmxtt
      @dieselmxtt 4 місяці тому

      Thnx yea you don't need to add permeable unless your using it for a house with insulation behind it. You can also seal the path wich helps keep water off and will last longer.
