The way it moved such a massive load with ease left me in awe. Truly a marvel of engineering and human ingenuity.
30” diameter sounds crazy. How long is the guide bar?
You guys need to get a box wedge setup for your processors
Multi wedge? Or one that it pulls it back and resplits?
@@joshszydel8202 resplit
You really need a third guy to maximize your time on that splitter
No thanks, too many hands in the cutting and splitting areas.
You do realize the video is 5 years old right? Also, welcome to the real world of splitting wood. Not everything is perfect, and resplits are needed. Please include an instructional video that shows how you do it.
I think thats the one i need
We can hook you up!
Now we are talking. Can you make a swing out log pulling chute with a Hydraulic leg support, winch and saw with a 30" capacity? I need a larger winch style processor that can do big bull pine. The 845 is nice but I have to presplit my big rounds and it has no capacity for box wedge.
Does this have enough hp to cut someone's head off and still push it through the wedge? Asking for a nosey neighbor, Thanks!
I was just at the boonville loggers expo( August 2023), Ethan from Brute Force demonstrated the 14-24 for me let me run through it went over the entire machine and answered all my questions.I am very impressed whit this machine, It is easy to operate ,very high quality and well thought out . With the 8/way wedge installed & 16" diam wood it produces the right size wood for my customers (no need to re split).I will be contacting your company(Ethan) to get my machine on order .
Awesome To hear!
I liked the bit where the guy nearly gets his hand cut off from the blade . But that's just me , seems to produce 95 % great sized wood . 8 cuts per min by the way not bad (17 solid Cubic m per hour , 3 solid cubes to a cord , so 5.75 cords per hour)
Really hate the look of that pull back arm way up in the air like that I'd prefer a normal one
For the ambidextrous log lift to work its easiest for it to be up.
Love the splitter!...Appreciate the video!...I think you would do yourselves well by using "real wood" such as oak, elm, Ash(given the current situation anyways) AND given the name the splitter..., use a TRUE stump to show your product's ability/capabilities...Jus' Sayin'...By the way have your Grapple bucket and Works great!!!........... Steve
2yrs and only 5 comments?
What is the fuel consumption per hour?
About a gallon per hr
@@joshszydel8202 wow! Do you offer a Diesel engine? And what would it’s consumption be?
@@willwaconsya3433 yes and about the same.
Ok thank you.
Is this unit available without the conveyor? Thanks
Yes it is
Not trying to be overly critical here, but I don't see any reason why this was the video you choose to best represent this machine. Wouldn't you want to show it splitting useful firewood or various sizing? Show some big 4-way split boiler wood then throw on the 8 way and make some bundle or homeowner backyard fire ring wood. Dropping that many logs into the splitting chamber, 1:57, and then just throwing unsplit rounds up the conveyor is not what anyone is going to do with this machine. You're giving the impression that someone is going to have a lot of rework to complete showing that. You may have some better luck lending a process to a user to let them show your viewers highly efficient splitting that will help sell your machine. Let me know if you want some help.
That was wood we ran in our outdoor boiler. We actually have guys that don't split the rounds under 12 inch diameter.
Also if you notice that video is old.
@@joshszydel8202 Yeah man, I did notice that after I commented. I will have to look for a more updated video with this processor. I have someone selling a 16-24 near me and I wanted to look into this machine some more. I do want to say I really appreciate you getting back to me. Shows you care about even potential customers and would likely handle customer service very well in the future!
Why is this so much slower then in the woodyard
This is an old video. They were slower. They are all built like In the Woodyard's now!
@@joshszydel8202 do you have to adjust tension as wrap gets smaller
Looking to add another wrapper
@@LeBlancfirewood sometimes
Can the pull back bar be moved to the side instead of over the top of the log?
I suppose you could......it is easier to work with the wood and its not as safe.
Nice to see someone running crooked logs through a processor, Almost never see that on UA-cam processor videos.
I'm waiting on a log splitter close to a year . this might be a better option for us
Be glad to hook you up!
What motor is used for the diesel upgrade? I saw on the site it was available option.
Either Kubota or Kohler
Do the feet fold down on the log deck
Yes
How much
Will this run one of your 10 way wedges? Looking to use it with straight grained oak and Ash.
It would depending on diameter. We could always go with a 5 inch cylinder.
@@joshszydel8202 just looking to do stuff that would be one pass without resplitting. 16" I'm guessing. All the bigger stuff and gnarly stuff I would use a 4 way for.
omg that was a perfect saw log
Ah, I don’t know why I just watched all 8 minutes and 6 seconds, but I was like, that’s it? Only 8 minutes 😞 The last thing in the world I need is some firewood, yet I still want to watch more firewood processing videos haha
We do the same! Why did I just watch that? Because it's awesome!
Quelq un parle français dans votre magnifique usines ´je suis très intéressé par votre machine et un convoyeur de 12:: je voudrais avoir une réponse merci beaucoup à l avance
I can't watch this video enough.
Lol.....the splitter is a beast!
Looks to require a little too much manual intervention at too many different points
I’m curious would it be possible to add a set of grizzly bars to the conveyor to help sort out all the slash that box wedges make. If down the road we change machines my partner and I really like the options this has.
Absolutely can add that on. They are setup to do it.
This is production no walking around or fussing Just getting it done
How can I look up prices etc available machinery no website

Is there a video of the 20-24 operating with the 8-way wedge?
1 nice looking machine
This is insanely awesome and a very well thought out and highly productive piece of equipment
That’s awesome
Dam this over the top!!!!! Love the first set up!!!! Saw is fast!!!
Nice processor, I like the 14-24 pro. It would be great if you could show the manufacturing of processor in your facility. Thanks
How much will this unit cost
As of February 1st 2022 it will be around 35,000
Love it
U got video of the 13 24
Coming soon
Brute force makes the best firewood processors
Thank you sir!
Looks alot like your orange and blue Canadian competitor...but i like your 6 way wedge design better. Looks like it works better on larger diameter wood. Hope to see more videos!
Our units are built heavier, Made in the USA, Fast, and engineered. Not just an I-beam with stuff welded to it. Our units tow awesome and the production they achieve is outstanding. Our lead times are shrinking due to our massive expansion so if you would order soon it means you will get the splitters even faster! Thanks for watching and if you havent like and share our facebook page for more upcoming info.
I keep looking at splitters trying to figure out what I want. This one is one of my top picks.
Due to our massive expansion leadtimes are shrinking! Get your name on one soon!
@@bruteforceusa9671 'm partners with my dad. I need to get him on board. I show him this video of it today. I've showed him videos of it in the past. I've seen a few of your products go past my house. I saw a 20-24 with an attached conveyor at the end of my road. I also saw one of your processors go by. I'm guessing someone in the area bought them because of the direction the truck was headed.
Where are you located?
Wow a wood eating machine like it👍
Can’t wait to get mine
Setting up delivery currently. Should have a load headed out next week.
