I still use and love my Renaissance. It led to me purchasing 2 classic and 2 new MPC'S. 😁👍

This is why I purchased the MPC RENAISSANCE. The 2.8 supported update is more responsive, very sensitive pads, and no latency issues like in some standalone units. The hybrid controller/software workflow is amazing.
I love how my MPC Renaissance allows me to work! The only modern thing to actually surpass it - in my view - is the MPC X. It's sad it's not standalone, but I am working on it on my desk only anyways. I do have occasional troubles with latency and especially with the interface, though. It definitely has its child sicknesses. If you know a workaround, let me know!
