Starting at 30.06.2024 with regulation about stable coins. EU Citizens are no longer allowed to trade unregulated stable coins. Which stable coins are allready regulated? Non! That means we are loosing nearly all trading pairs with small and midcap crypto currencies. Binance and Kraken are allready reacting to this. If that is cryotp friendly I do not understand your your definition of crypto friendly!!!!!

Ich habe eine Frage zu den Altbeständen: Ich habe einen Großteil meiner Assets vor dem März 2021 angeschafft - vor allem über zwei sehr große Börsen - nur sind diese Assets dann zu kleineren Börsen geschickt worden um zB microcaps zu kaufen, die bei den großen Börsen noch nicht gelistet waren und manche der assets habe ich gestaked (da fallen dann 27,5% auf alles an oder?) Also kurzum ein Großteil der damals gekauften Assets sind auf anderen Cexes und auch Dexes getauscht worden - wie wird hier dann vom Finanzamt vorgegangen? Bzw wie soll das besteuert werden?

I'm trying to figure out the new CDP API Key creating and what all the options mean. I've received an email from Coinbase that urges us to "Create your CDP API Key before May 31th" but with very minimal information about it. I've tried googling but even their support pages have limited information about what the options are. I saw in other comments that you are working on a video which is great and I would love for you to add in (if you haven't already) info about what the different options mean when creating the key like 'Global restrictions', API-specific restrictions and what you might want to keep in mind when creating the 'API Key nickname'. I read in the email that this can allow for multiple-portfolio creations in Coinbase Advanced which I'm interested in but I don't know what I would need in my API Key for that. Thanks for creating these videos! ✨

Ich habe 2021 Crypto zu Crypto Trades versteuert und die Coins auf meiner Wallet liegen lassen. Wenn ich diese Coins 2024 in Fiat wechsle - woher weiß Cointracking, wieviel Steuern ich 2021 bereits auf den damaligen Gewinn bezahlt habe? Das könnten ja je nach Einstellungen im Steuerreport ganz unterschiedliche Beträge gewesen sein und die Steuerreports werden soweit ich weiß nicht als Informationsquelle herangezogen von CT. Ich müsste mir ja den Gewinn, den ich damals versteuert habe, 2024 auszahlen lassen können ohne noch einmal Steuern darauf zu zahlen. Gönnt sich der Gesetzgeber hier einfach eine Doppelbesteuerung oder fehlt die Funktionalität bei Cointracking?

Wie seht es aus bei zb. binance perpetual futures? Man kann diese nur mit USDT traden und die Glattstellung erfolgt dann auch in USDT. Ist das schon bei Glattstellung steuerpflichtig oder erst bei Umwandlung in Euro und welcher Steuersatz kommt schließlich zum Ansatz? Weil unverbriefte derivate fallen unter den Tarif, allerdings wenn sie in USDT ausgezahlt werden wird es erst steuerpflichtig bei Umtausch der USDT in Euro? Fällt das dann unter Veräußerung von Kryptowährungen ( Kest 27,5% ) ?

Yesterday I exported the complete csv of Bitget to Cointracking, but I noticed the totals did not match. Checking the data, the futures trades I made were there, but some of my money was invested in copy trading. These trades were not there. When I exported the data, I checked the "all" tab, so supossedly everything was exported. But checking the csv file the copytrading data was not there, so it is not a Cointracking issue. It seems I need to add manually those copytrading trades. I contacted Bitget and they couldnt give me any solution so my question is, if I choose the API method (although I have to pay) will this issue be resolved?
