      Hello and good evening sir. Your question is not clear to me. I did not use or make mention of a sachet of corn flour in my video. Nevertheless, if you can tell me the quantity of flour you would be using, I can help you calculate the accurate weight of corn flour you will use in grams. As for my video, I used half a cup of corn flour which is equal to 80g of cornflour. Thanks for watching.

      It sticks together during coating when there is no balance between wet and dry ingredients. That was why I used corn flour to smooth it.

      Actually, any dough mixer can do the job. You can even kneed with hand little portion at a time for about 5 mins each if you can't find any mixer around you.

      Thank for the compliments. Lets take your question one by one. Improver helps the strength of your dough.it helps the size the shape and the structure of your product.it is not compulsory. You can make this product with or without it. You can get it in any good bakers chop. As for the preservative, you can use any one of your choice so long it's good. Ok? As for the machine it is not that type that ground pepper. This one is used for pounding fufu by local restaurants like mama put. Alternatively you can use a mixer if you have one or knead the dough with your hand little at a time for about 3-5 minutes each until you are done needing. I have other videos like this in this channel that will further explain the process for you pls check it out.
