The reason the vehicle is salvaged is because state law says that once a vehicle reaches 50-70% in damage of what the vehicles worth.. it receives a salvage title. Not because of what the insurance bought or paid for it. Don’t be fooled this significant drops the price. It wouldn’t surprise if at minimum it’s 5k to max 15k drop in value. If you ever total a totaled vehicle.. you’ll receive that reduction in price.

'18 C7 owner here. Wishing I never bought it. I highly recommend avoiding the C7's w/ auto transmissions. They're prone to chronic shuddering and vibrations. If you do get one, keep a few thousand dollars aside for temporary repairs. You're better off with a Mustang GT or a V8 Challenger.

I had a 2021 R auto and didn't like it at all. At the time I was in a wheelchair so I has no choice. I have a 2024 R manual and love it. I didn't like how slow the auto shifted and the way it down shifted sucked.
