Lac Mékinac very deep lake!
Hello everyone! Finally taking some time off from the projects to do some boating! Unfortunately not on my St Maurice river since the water level is too low . I took the boat to my friends cottage about 30 minutes away to Lake Mékinac. Very deep lake mostly 130-300 feet deep and some low points at 600-1000 feet so no worries for water depth!! Hope you enjoy the ride !

How do you like the Sunward 60?
Hello , for now no issues after 70 hres on it. Did alot of work and very happy with it up til now.
@@gooutsideplay4571 I have a little over 300 hours on mine and so far it's been great! I;m still trying to figure out how the buttons on the joy stick control some of the auxiliary functions.
me too ! i asked the guys at bdi who distribute sunward and they don't seem to know the product as well as i thought and the operator manual is not helpful either!
@@gooutsideplay4571 That has been my findings also, maybe the more people that get one the more that will get shared.
2024 Model is just 60k CAD what a steal ;)
Yes sir and it really is worth it for the use I have and the times I need it , for half the price of all the other equivalent machines out there . Of course like I said if your in that line of work week long with operators maybe stay in the conventional machinery .
BDI 25 T loader for Mining
maybe but i don't think it is big enough just 6000lbs capacity . I beleive mining equipement must have alot more earth moving capacities more volume. Thanks for watching .
I cant bring myself to purchasing Chinese equipment. Plan on keeping for ever. Resale is about 1/3 of what you paid.
Your surely right they don’t have the same resale value as other brands . I think it follows the price paid for the machine initially also . John deer equivalent is approximately 125000$ and this machine here is 58000$ . Time will tell for the longevity of the machine if it ages well I tend to keep my machine for approx 10 years .
How’s the machine doing? I’m trying to research this brand for myself!
Hi there sorry for the delay in response up till now the machine is sturdy , functions are responsive just like any other brand I rented before. Even have some excavation companies working on road on property who find the machine very comparable on all specs .
I have one and really enjoy it it's been a year and it holds up well
you have to learn from swedish plowing with multibucket, search on that. USA are 300 years after swedish on plow snow.
thanks will check into that.
Where can I get one?
The distributor is BDI equipment based out of Toronto .
you need chains for better grip
Thanks for supporting China!
Looks like a decent loader. Does that boom extend out like lift. Also I'd put some wings on that plow for being able to contain the load your pushing other than that nice look in loader. What the HP on that machine
Thanks for subscribing! Yeah that is something I want to weld on some wings and have them flip back also . Yes the boom does extend about 6 feet . Pretty nice option when fine tuning when loading trucks . This loader has 75hp Cummins engine .
Nice to have some overkill isn't it?
Oh yes !! ITS awesome !
Great video, expecting more videos from you
Oh yes i will !
How much did the loader cost, and where did you get it from?
Hey Sheldon Group! sorry for the delay on the answer. This loader cost 58000$ with a tooth bucket, back up camera with screen, air conditionning cummins engin.
@@gooutsideplay4571You can't even buy a pickup for near that price anymore.
that is very true!
With that much snow you certainly would benefit from a snowblower 😁
Oh Yes it would be a lot less back and forth !!
@@gooutsideplay4571 Not bad! Thanks
Did it come with rice? How about a communist manifesto?
No it did not lol !!
I think u should first practice plowing before getting the hydraulic sides, u put down the plow way to late. But it is just to practice and practice.
Thanks for the advice . I will try to do that . Man it was fun in all that snow !
Very interesting piece of machinery. Never seen a design like it, it’s like 2 machines in one! Could see this being awesome for home use or farm.
Indeed! the only down fall is because of this telescopic boom i can't float the bucket or snow blade! Oh well can't have everything!
Why do you own a Chinese loader? Are you Chinese? If not.....shame on you.!
Nice machine and a pretty good video too. Keep it up!
Merci !! Thanks!
Great view but to bad about getting all the way down to the lake. Have to up the life insurance
is this better at plowing or your tractor?
Do you run the blade in float mode or try and follow the grade with the loader boom
sorry for the delay, I try to follow the grade with loader boom, because float mode sometimes goes too deep in ice and my tractor is not heavy enough to keep straight.
Awesome machine. Did you have regular tires on it before you had the tracks on it, if so how big of a difference did it make? Have you had any mechanical failures running the snow over the mounds like that? This is perfect to show what these machines really are capable of plowing that much snow and not just a few inches. Thank you!
Thanks Wallace! sorry for the delay of my response. I keep my tires for the summer and automn.I put my tracks in november. Yes indeed it made a big difference in pushing the snow vs tires because i have more surface on the ground with the tracks, and i always push on the LOW so clutch doesn't slip and it is very strong. Also with the tracks i can push and make mounds were as the tires i would eventually stay stuck on the soft snow. My gator is going on 10 years of age and no mecanical failures just regular maintenance, very stong machine always impressed , and i don't go easy on it hauling lumber , gravel and sand in the bed... very good work horse.
Very nice
Thanks Joseph. Have a happy new year!
Always keep front blade close to the ground
Thanks G for the tip much appreciated.
You have a nice setup there. The angle of the plow presents some challenges to steering. I unlink my brake pedals and use each one to help me stay straight. Keep up the good work. 🙂
I dont have plow its why u dont show
