Cleveland is a poorly rated airport. You do a great job though. Lake County executive airport has a small show over the weekend. I will attend.

Also was wondering how are you hearing what they are saying in the cockpits?

Been waiting for them all week. I know they usually practice a few days before and have been waiting for their arrivals!

A few comments about happenings/talk in the video. On Saturdays, AS only operates the morning departure to SEA. The CLE evening arrival overnights & makes up the 7AM Sunday departure. AS doesn't operate the red-eye from SEA on Saturday nights. Also, you'll be glad to know that the UA IAD departure at 5:40PM is being upgraded to a 73G (-700), starting the end of September. The DL CR900 did a go around because the DL E175 that landed before him was still on the runway. If you rewatch the video, the E175 is slowly moving down the runway when you then go a few seconds to the AA CR900 pushing back & then you show the go around. The hook up on the B6 flight, is the lavatory service & not ground power. You definitely want to make sure it's tightly attached or you can have a real haz-mat mess! lol. A 737 wouldn't be too bad for a 7 hour trip. The seat width would be the same whether a 737 or twin aisled plane in economy. I'd rather fly that aircraft & route than an ERJ145 that CO would put on a couple of their daily nonstops CMH-DEN in the late '90s. I non-reved on that route once but waited for a CO 737 that they also used twice daily on same route (plus the benefit of being upgraded to First if empty seat).

This airline, where to begin. I loved traveling with them from that fabulous terminal at JFK. The place made you feel as if you were some VIP about jet set to some exotic place on the other side of the world! Those huge 747's, L1011's, friendly & smiling flight attendants, meals, drinks, etc. How the hell does a company so big go from carrying more than 50 percent of the passenger traffic across the Atlantic & beyond at one point, from having a hub operation in Europe that brutally competed and crushed domestic airline operations from those very nation states, to owning Hilton Hotels & resorts as well as other entities (late sixties into the early seventies) through its parent Trans World Corporation, to several bankruptcies just a few years later ??? Some very bad calls were made from the higher ups of this company that tanked this once gem of a brand into history. There will never be another like it, I miss them dearly.
