USB thumb drive not picking up where it left off.
Переглядів 28910 місяців тому
This video shows how to fix an issue on 2015 models GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse, and Buick Enclave. There is an issue where when playing music or an audio file from the USB thumb drive and does not pick up where it left off once the vehicle is shut off. The fix is to install a jumper wire to the USB power connecter. This jumper wire will need to be connected to a power source that is always live...

incredibly rare video of the lady luck dragon, thank you for posting this.
Was the Lady Luck a separate casino?
I've been searching for footage of the dragon for so long! Thank you so much for uploading.
what size is your new JBL?
If I remember correctly they were 6' and 1/2'' inch. I no longer own the car.
@@frankyvee1boss can 6'5 inch speakers fit on this santa fe? or 6" inch is just the right fit
Thanks for the video. How did you solve/eliminate the rivets holding the speakers? Did you drill new holes for the replacement speakers?
What are the sizes of the front and the back speakers?
“He’ll be taking that out necks”
This video is surreal. Everyone is so calm, easygoing just enjoying the moment and not checking their phones for everything. Now people are on edge about everything.
Bud. You completely skipped the ACTUAL removal of the door panel! Other than that. Good video.
Thank you for your feed back.
Please watch the video past the 4:00 minute mark since I missed a hidden screw on the panel but I do show you where that screw is located at 4:02 minute mark. I had a viewer who watched only 3 minutes of the video and then stopped watching and started pulling on his panel and almost damaged it because there was still a fourth screw in the center holding in the panel.
I think you need to go back in and remake this video and do it in correct order. I almost broke my door panel because of it.
Sorry, you started prying on your panel without watching the video until the panel was off. The video has helped several people now and has been viewed almost 12k times. You are currently the only one complaining about almost breaking your panel cause you were too anxious to start prying the panel without at least watching the video until I had the panel off. BTW the video is still in the correct order as recorded you sir jumped the gun.
WOW!! HONOR!!! RIP PETE!!!
That is so honorable wow not alot people get that respect! RIP Pedro. May the lord have you in his glory!

I just got a dustopper and the new ones do come with 2 90 degree elbows. Although it’s more aerodynamic and less angular than the ones you have.
Thank you brother just used this today appreciate it keep the good work up
Thanks for the positive feedback. Glad I was able to help you with my video.
Thank you for uploading this Frank
Thnx, I recorded this like a month before they went down.
ah how I would want to be in this place
Production quality of these Assured razors and these blades is not consistant. Your Assured razor is mild, but mine is not mild. It also gave me more face cuts than other d.e. razors. I still have two blades unused. The three that I had used were acceptable but not the best. I would use these, but I usually used the three that I had, in better razors. The blade you tried from your package must have been a bad one from production.
Thank you for watching and feedback.
Super jealous
Thanks for sharing. Question, how long are the legs (PVC pipe)?
38 inches counting the top caps and bottom reducer.
Looks good. Can you tell me where you got the cord holder?
I made it out of a rectangular piece of scrap wood. I just cut out a V shape out of both ends. Then painted with the same flat black as the rest of the table. I anchored it down with some wood glue and two screws. Very basic wood work.
If you have the Ridgid shop vac just use the cord holder that comes off the shop vac and you don't have to make one
I've got a 2011 and have the same problem. Not sure if it's the sides or the middle offhand but wondering if you found how to get the speaker out from the top of the dash. I'll look around for any hints here. Thanks for the video, not sure if I want to tackle it myself or let someone else do it for me.
The center speaker has plastic tabs that need to be pried inwards in order to get it out. Use a plastic pry tool at the back of the grid. It does pry out from the back side, the side closes to the windsheild. I did have to replace all three speakers the center and the front right and left. My radio sounds like new again.
how did you wire the new speakers up?
I soldered two leads to the terminal then spliced the two leads into the existing two wires with electrical tape.
@@frankyvee1 how any wires are there to the connector is there only 2 or is there more?
because i was going to cut the factory connector off and splice in to the factory harness
Just your two standard wiring for speakers. Just make sure to look at your old speaker and make note of which is which is positive and which is negative if it is even labled.
@@lukestortroen609 thats kind of what I did.
Looks great! Thanks for posting. What model Rigid vac do you have? Seems there has been a lot of discussion about changes, on newer model vacs, in the wheel support and attachment holders which no longer fit 2 inch PVC. Did you have to change anything ( like heating the PVC ) to fit the 2 inch to 1.5 inch reducer?
Thanks for watching. The Rigid I have is MODEL HD12000 and is similar to this one. www.amazon.com/RIDGID-Gal-5-0-Peak-Wet-WD1270/dp/B06Y1WHD4X/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3AK4LWHOF1Q2H&keywords=Ridgid+Vacuum+Model+HD12000&qid=1640935585&sprefix=ridgid+vacuum+model+hd12000%2Caps%2C202&sr=8-1
@@frankyvee1 - Thanks for the reply. Okay that is the same link that I purchased from 3 days ago; however, they do not ship us the WD1270 (older model which I wanted for easier construction). They ship the NXT HD1200 which has different size feet that a 2-inch PVC pipe cannot fit on. For the benefit of many others: What I did was purchase a rather expensive part from Home Depot that connects 2-inch PVC to 2-inch copper. The part is named: Proflex 2 in. Neoprene Shielded Coupling. One end has a much thicker neoprene and makes a very tight fit to the new foot base. Easy connect procedure: 1) Lubricate each of: the metal clamp inside, the neoprene fitting thick end inside and all outside, and the lower part of plastic foot of vacuum to make everything much-much easier to slide on. I used silicone spray lube on a rag and rubbed it on the parts. 2) Loosen clamps on metal fitting to allow room for neoprene expansion. Slide metal fitting by itself over vacuum wheel foot. 3) Slide lubricated thick end of neoprene down into metal compression clamp ring and press into place use a flat piece of wood to avoid cutting your hands on metal ring. 4) Tighten lower clamp . Now it is ready to add the 2-inch PVC riser legs and the rest of the build. As I said, these parts at $9.61 each are rather expensive but can be a big-time saver over other methods. I posted this info in John Builds It channel too since many people may be interested. Again, thanks for the taking the time to post your build.
@@charlielang1692 Thanks for sharing this work-around for those other model vacuums. That is what UA-cam is all about sharing ideas and tips. I'm sure this will def help someone else that is facing the same dilema.
Nice job! I like the addition of the cord wrap. Interestingly enough, the dust stopper I bought did come with two elbow connectors.
Thanks for commenting. Mine just came with one elbow I had to do my own rigging and pluming on the second elbow to attach the hose to the vacuum.
Bought one last night. I got 2 elbows in the box as well.
I lived on the Beautiful Mississippi GulfCoast from 1/94 until 3/2000. I loved playing at Lady Luck and they had a delicious buffet.
Looks great. Good job
