Genuinely wondering if there's maybe something Shadowers can do to adapt and play with the new reskinned erda nova origin skill along with the new 60 sec AB and 120 sec genesis change? What happens to SSF being 90 seconds while AB now changed to 60? It's seems so weird now.

Erda nova origin ☠️☠️ - actually so true though. I will always say that the shad origin nerf was unjust. Some shads say that it was something that was deserved because it was 'too strong'. Regarding the new 60s AB change and 2 min gene , our playstyle and burst rotation is ultimately the same as it was before. Save AB and Last Resort and use them for a mini-burst at 90s. We, unfortunately don't benefit from the shortened AB cooldown. If it was instead a 30s cooldown then that would be a different story. What you can do though, and what some people are leaning towards, is rolling for a CD Skip inner ability, to have a chance of skipping the AB link and the smokescreen cooldown. When you skip AB, you can use it again right the first cast finishes, and it will be back up in time for the next mini-burst or full-burst. Same with smokescreen, you can cast it again after the first smokescreen finishes, and it will be back up in time for the next full-burst. I'm not sure what I am going to do for my IA yet. With only 20% boss damage from my fams, I feel as though I need to maximise on every boss damage source I can get. I also like overall consistency more than chance. Though, skipping cooldowns once in a while does sound kind of fun..

You're right 😅, I am going to tone down the sound effects next time. Assassinate is inherently so loud now. For reference, the level of my sound effects in the settings were 80% of the BGM sound levels

I hope not. They need to separate KMS and GMS, and equally important separating Reboot and Reg server. Bad enough we get same exp per mob and they have frenzy totems (they should totally remove them; f**k them they had them long enough and don’t deserve them).

@@bryantandres7505 Please don't allow Nexon to make this an "us vs them" situation to distract you from the fact that Nexon is the one making these decisions and these aren't balancing decisions, they're marketing decisions first and foremost. It is Nexon's prerogative to make Reboot unplayable and by swapping to a daily meso limit (from hunting), they make any more meso have to be purchased from the meso market. This converts Maple Points into mesos at whichever rate Nexon decides. TL;DR: This shouldn't be Regular vs Reboot, it should be all of us vs Nexon.

Like at 10:15 in the video? I used 'Trickblade' (the bossing activation of the skill) to i-frame the time bomb. otherwise, e.g. at 8:40 I stood in front of a bubble instead

I think the Hseren solo felt nicer than this. Hseren was something I've wanted to solo for a while, and accomplishing that solo felt exhilarating. Being able to balance damage uptime and survival, along with a massive surge of adrenaline rushing through me as I got closer and closer to clearing - I loved that. Near minimum damage solos are something I enjoy a lot. Though - a bit bummed that I didn't get any loot from it. Soloing EKalos was probably something I enjoyed the least. It felt more like a minigame with a myriad of systems breathing down your back, and is overall a difficult boss for shadowers when you try to maintain high damage uptime. This also slightly felt like a filler boss solo until I become strong enough to solo NKalos. My culvert was around 22-23k here. 35s BA was 24T (no origin), and for my full rotation BA I am 99% sure it was in-between 370b/s to 390b/s. I am not sure what it was for Seren, but my BA was 315b/s without having unlocked 6th job, prior to soloing the boss. If I were to guess, I would say 350b/s and 20-22k culvert for when I soloed Seren.

Yeah, and if no tyrant belt then pink bean belt would be the next best option

CD Hat is better for bossing as it allows you to get in more trickblades and 6th job pulverises. In terms of damage output, I believe any -2/2L luk or -3 or -4(?) CD hat will always beat a 3L luk hat assuming you trickblade off cd. I prefer it anyways thanks to the extra versatility with shorter cooldowns. For mobbing, a stat hat is better as the CD hat doesn't allow you to do anything extra

The origin skill and assassinate take priority over the skill boosts depending on the level You can follow this guide: i.imgur.com/lDawWsf.png i.e. unlock lvl 1 assassinate, get origin to lvl 4, get assassinate to lvl 9, unlock all skill boosts, get origin to lvl 19, etc.

I think so for now, haha. It’s such a bummer to not have highrolled any good boss fams. Hopefully Nexon does something about the fam system. It’s ridiculous. Once my 6th job skills are maxed and there’s nothing much else to do, then maybe I’ll consider going back to farming fams. But even then, idk…

Not anymore. The level 250 eternal set now replaces the CRA set. You get the eternal set pieces from the bosses Kalos and Kaling
