We found a stopping point. Gonna try to finish it this weekend.

Obviously if I was trying to speed run and had prior knowledge of game beforehand instead of trying to do it blind I would do many things different. Some games side missions are important, others just for filler. I've enjoyed the game and didn't quit in frustration, I quit in exhaustion when I realized how long it was gonna take for me to proceed based on how I approached it and what I needed to do to proceed. I played for like 37 hours straight and had been up for nearly 48 hours total. Also I did do many side missions for several hours in wastelands. But consider spending 4+ hours trying to do one side mission only to discover it couldn't be completed until further progressing to new areas. (only finding it out after finally being forced to look at a walkthrough, which I was trying not to do, and once realizing that a timegate mission exists, whose to say there weren't multiple ones, without further divulging in walkthroughs. At that point I considered many side missions could run this risk and further waste time. From the boss fights in wastland-desert I did not hit roadblocks or struggle. so I kept progressing until I did, and thats normally when I will grind, however I am not one who 100%'s a game, I simply grind when I feel it can't be accomplished otherwise. The only bosses i did the farming for was the desert solar tower boss which I knew I could beat, the underlying annoyance/time sink was the travel distance to the boss & the fact this boss was prohibiting the use of camps. The second was the one I ended the stream on, and that brought an issue of being unable to travel back to other regions so at that point I am UNABLE to do side missions and my only strats to complete now are to A. grind for awhile to accumulate a decent amount of gold for multiple runs until i get it, B. search the 5 mini fast travel locations I can go to for potential body cores, but doubt I'm gonna find more then maybe one for a small hp boost, as I'm restricted to Spire 4 locations only which means NO side missions now. C. Toggle story mode on for this boss. Looking back, If I were to replay the game, I would have done it mostly the same minus wasting time on timegated mission, progress until desert, then do all side missions, since once you get to desert every side mission basically becomes available/ not time gated and once you leave for spire 4(the space mission start area) you cannot do side missions anymore.

If you look back a few streams when I last did HellDive Bugs & compare it to wth that was last night, they upped the spawns and heavy enemies lmao

The eradicate automaton mission seems to be the only one the crash may still occur on. I've noticed however, if you do this mission first and not saving last, it also helps prevent issues.

The Dev's finally acknowledged the issue and a patch will hopefully will be implemented before warbond.

on ps5 they had 2 patches 1 straight after the other , then the crashing again began . at this point its just a joke
