Dude you are the absolute MAN! i tried optinoobs and other strategies for two days now unable to beat this but with your strat I finally got it done. I also have gottterdamerung and limit syphon though but the core strat was the same. THANK YOU! hardest boss so far by a mile.

The transitions (glass cracking, fire one etc.) between chapters are louder than the rest of the video, might want to turn those down a little bit for the next one :) Your editing has improved a ton just from the first episode, though

Heya! Just wanna say a big thanks to your video. Id been slowly trying to take on Hard Mode and the Legendary Challenges and your guide to Go Nattak and Roche here are the only ones that I can pull off. Even though I can't replicate your strategy 1:1 but knowing I should avoid all his other attack and just focus on Counterstance his regular one and just hit magic level 3 when he's pressured got me through (I was lucky I managed to build a Limit Break for the last bit of his health too!)

Hey, just wanna say a huge thanks to your guide! I was having some trouble with Gi Nattak while following some other guides but your Curaga-spams and Focused Strike works so well and I managed to get it done in one try (even with my poor reflexes) ! I actually am so surprised the boss enemy can get Poisoned. Really didnt think of that. Thanks again I cleared Chapter 10 in Hard Mode!

I am convinced the devs were absolutely cracked on cocain when they made this. You’re a stud! This is by far the easiest strategy. No need for goddammerung or luck of getting stop to work.

My party members are all weapon level 8, so I had to modify the build. Would level 9 make much difference? I can get to the last round but it’s very tight window to set up the brumal form spam and build up ATB before Sephiroth does shadowy chains. He’s very agro on Yuffie when I’m controlling her.

What was the materia and equipment

DUDE, DUDE.... DUDE!!!!! I love you, after so many attempts and failing at Sephiroth, I finally made this strat work! This was so satisfying to finally nail Sephiroth in that stun lock and completely avoid Shadowy Chains, THANK YOU!

I ended up having to leave but watching back the rest of it (wanted to see if you ended up finishing the Mirror Scales), I saw you had a question about the drop rate changes between the original and TZA (if any). PERSONALLY, it definitely feels like it's closer to the original numbers than the higher numbers listed on the Wiki. On that GameFAQs thread I made, there was someone who confirmed that the drop rates were indeed the same as the original, sadly.

I was looking for the missing experience I know I did the battle portion for the manuscript I can't believe I have to do this stupid overly-long tedious quest this game has given me nothing but pain the past 250 hours and then I have two final legendary challenges to go to get Cloud to level nine weapon level this is ridiculous man I hope part 3 isn't this extremely boring tedious and anger-inducing I've devoted so many months to this game so many hours like 400 hours dude I had to let it out here I don't know where I just can't believe this I'm going to go ahead and do it but Jesus Christ man I can't believe I have to do that stupid brawler game whatever I guess I'm going to do it LOL goodbye time and life I guess thanks for the build though at least everybody except for cloud has weapon level 9 so it should be a little easier than when I did the first time because better stats

Got it! A nice base for a more offensive strat, but I had to make some changes: 1. Must have Speed Demon Keychain on Yuffie. IDK how you got by with Hermes Shoes. TIME + Magnify on Cloud to haste Yuffie is a good start. 2. Forget magnify + offensive magic. It wastes 4 materia slots and it barely helps with round 2 and 3 only if your positioning is lucky. Plus, Round 3 is even easier if you get further away from Alexander anyway. 3. Use that magnify for Manawall against sephiroth. Nice having it as a backup since it seemed pretty luck based whether Id have to face octoslash or not. Manawall guarantees you can live 4. Revive on Cloud + Aerith, as a backup. Came in handy.

Since i can get to odin consistently, tonight after work im going to try takkng off elemental / (element of choice) from the armor. Then ill add steadfast block and either hp up or precision block. I dont need fire/ice or lightning resist. I need extra power or defense on odin. Funny thing is i can beat full power odin solo with cloud 1 out of 2 tries but at least 15 deaths on odin with zack helping.

Thanks for this. Was so frustrated when I realized the only way to get to party level 10 was to complete this, gears and gambits and cactaur crush in hard.

This is a difficult fight, the variations where he isn’t rushing at you or the soul cleave etc
