I agree regarding Darnold. He seems to hold on to the ball. We all know the non-call vs. the Rams was egregious but you can't hold on to the ball that long in you own end zone. He's a solid QB who seems to have a tendency to have a few wacky plays each game but there's more positives than negatives.

Thats one of those small things holding Darnold back. He never had a toolbox like he does now. Now he has to learn how to use it. But I love our TE goal line play. Every TE end Touch Down was on that same crossing play.

Paying a wide receiver 35$ million dollars a year and paying TJ hockensen top 5 tight end dont leave u a ton of money to pay additional wide receiver big money if u wanna have a well balanced team. That being said kevin needs to design plays early in the game to get him the ball. We also have to question his slightly off the Field issues.

I completely agreed with you Dave. I been calling for this since the beginning of the season. Addison is not getting enough touches. That man is a blue chip talent at wide receiver. He should be getting 8-10 targets a game easily. Sam Darnold and KOC need stop being so fixated on just feeding Jefferson all the time. Its making our offense to predictable and easy to defend. Spread that damn ball around more. This ain't rocket science!

I haven't seen Addison showing any fire like Jettas or getting open.. he could be such a good receiver but if he's open.. throw him the ball..he doesn't want to leave Minnesota

We won't automatically have the tie breaker over the Lions if we beat them the last week of the season. It all depends.

At the 5 min mark after taking the lead, another 3 and out by the lions. On 3rd down Goff is sacked and fumbles. If the Vikes would have recovered, no one is having these discussions. Vikes just needed to make one more play.

Was a very close game and it could have gone the Vikings way just as easy as it went the Lions way. If anything lions made very few mistakes and Vikings slipped a little here and there in Q2 & Q3. 30 more seconds on the clock and Vikings would have kicked the winning field goal (as but one example....). They will meet again and we will see.

The Lions beat the Vikings 5 out of the last 6 right? Everybody has a plan until the game starts. Go Lions!

We lost because we didn’t play aggressive on the last drive to run out the clock. Instead, we played conservative and got burned.

As I recall, they lost because they couldn't get a first down to kill off the game.

I looked at all of the stats and came up with the conclusion the Lions won is because they scored more points than the Vikings.

The Vikings lost to a good Lions team because the Lions were the better team who played better when they needed to. I'm a Vikings fan for 50+ years and there's nothing wrong by saying that you lost to a better team. The Lions are the defending NFC North champs and they didn't earn the title by playing bad, look at how many years they weren't even in the conversation when it came to contenders. I can't help but feel good for what they're accomplishing even though the are a division rival. Excuses for losing is infinite, accept the loss and move on.

Dont over look the rams , looks like a trap game as it is not to mention theres a hangover after plahing the lions. Dont take my word for it look at every team that played us next game its a L plus yall play in 72 hours this is just a big a test imo

Everybody and they mommas think the score was 47 - 9 or something. The state of ya minds drinking so much of the media's koolaid about the Lions. Everybody seems like they just waiting on the Vikings to lose so they can drop the Vikings back into 10-20 rankings even at 5-1. This was a coin flip kinda game agaisnt two great teams.

VIKING FAN SINCE 1970. Don't need a BRAIN SURGEON to figure this stuff out!!! ZERO pressure up the middle from our defense. Harrison Phillips CAN'T do it by himself. Offensive play calling SUCKS in EVERY game. WAY TOO CONSERVATIVE. We had too many penalties, and gave up 4 sacks. We need MORE DISCIPLINE and BETTER PLAY CALLING!!!

Lions fan here. You wonder why we play D Mo and Gibbs equally share the touches. In the past years former coaches would just use 1 running back and they get wore down near the end of the game and season. Good luck with the rest of your games. Great video

Your defense is average against a good offensive line and passer

The blitz got home and wasn't the issue. Twice, TWICE we stripped the ball from Goof and it bounced right back to him as he fell. Another time Grenard was .001 seconds away from a strip sack. One of those goes our way and we are praising the defensive scheme.

Honestly we need a bigger body in the middle. We get plenty pressure from the outside but not enough from the middle 🤷🏾‍♂️

You really think Cam Akers comes in and takes over Ty Chandler as primary backup. He had a mistake turnover in England. But he also had a 35-yard gain taken away. I don't think Houston would have traded him if he was that good. I know they will use him on trick plays and special teams.
