Dijiste todo pero a su vez no dijiste nada! Para empezar las comidas debes probarlas o degustarlas en cámara! Mostraste miles de imágenes separadas y totalmente amontonadas que no explican absoluta y no muestran nada de lo que es realmente la cultura Argentina! Creo que a ninguna persona le sirve la información que diste porque es muy superficial mostraste cuando estabas comiendo rodajitas de chorizo y solo se dieron tus dedos apenas la tomaron y cortaste para mostrar otras imágenes.. no te diste el lujo de probar la mejor carne del mundo y ver a qué sabe especialmente cuando la gente ve tu cara al momento de probarla no sé qué tipo de informe es esto pero es muy superficial.

I was 12 that year, was such a big thing those last 2 nights especially. Even I loved to try and stay up to watch Johnny, mostly I had to go to bed for school though unless it was Friday, or I snuck staying awake. :) There really wasn't any other place you could see celebs be just normal, not like today.

This was actually around the time when WBBM acquired the local rights to "The People's Court" away from WMAQ.

I love Roanoke I live in the Cave Spring area but it is so boring mostly especially for like sports and such. And the city is full of drugs now and crime it’s so unfortunate. Back in the early 2000s it was booming you had places open 24/7 where teens would hang out like Walmart and Walgreens and even Advance Auto. I want to move somewhere with an MLB team and lots of sports teams. I just don’t want to live in a city and I want things to do. Also as more people move to the area unfortunately it’s turning into chaos in my opinion. Used to be you would find more conservative people in the county but now it’s kinda turning a bit I’ve noticed and there is a lot more people moving from up north. And the Board of Supervisors is trying to make this area more urban which we don’t want. They were going to put a doctors office right behind my house and they agreed too it despite all the residents voting against it but then the person backed out of it. They are building a huge grocery store chain across the street from me. I want to find somewhere else to go. I work in Christiansburg Virginia so eventually I’d want to move closer to there.

@mm-xk5wi EXACTLY. Kerrigan 100% deserved gold that night. Oksana’s jumps and landings were shaky and wobbly, not smooth, strong and graceful like Nancy’s. Nancy was an elegant swan on the ice and looked like a dancing princess. Neither Oksana nor Harding had what she had.

Sitting here thinking that Johnny, Ed, and Robin are all gone and that makes me sad and a bit old.

What a phenominal show this was with two of the best performers at that time who still are considered this way. Johnny knew how to solve anything that happened on his show. I miss him and Robin so very much. Still love Bette as well. We just do not get things or shows like this ever. Love to all of you..................Betsy Basile

Bette.....I watched an old performance of yours today on TCM and it was the most fantastic show I ever saw. Not only did you do racy jokes and you must have changed outfits at least 6 or 7 times and the athletic things you did in this performance which was 1.5 hours were spectacular. No wonder they call you, the Divine Miss M. You sang The Rose which is one of my favorites. You are just the BEST!..................................Betsy Basile

My great uncle was on this ship, described it just as you did. He sadly died in 2011 but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this. I was only 5-6 when he was telling me about this, if only I was older so he could tell me more and that I could remember. The stuff I vaguely remember is, he was on deck when the torpedo hit, getting jostled around and banging his head on the side of the ship. He fell in the water and sat there with his buddies, seeing them get shot by the resurfaced sub, he then told me that he could hear sharks eating at his buddies bodies, occasionally the sharks bumped into him. He got 2 Purple Hearts from that. He also apparently said that the ships or helicopters were told not to go back to rescue. That they simply defied orders to go recuse them.

I am doing a presentation for my group that I was asked to present for my fellow Vixen members and while I have a ton of pictures and knowledge and experience, I wanted to show videos. Yours, thus far, is the best. Really well done and thank you for taking the time to do this.
