    I had also tried to build wall climbing robot. I had used magnets to hold the robot against metal wall. As due to magnets used all over the tracks of robot, it become quite heavy. ua-cam.com/video/Q36xnQW9DjA/v-deo.html please take a look. Please feel free to give any type of suggestions.

    Make them transform faster!! I'll be old til it goes from rolling to walking, and vice versa! Everything is too slow and inorganic... But it's cool, though.

    Wall climbing, my ass. Biomimicry works in this case, shift center of gravity closer to the legs and use adhesives along with multiple needle-thin spikes on the feet.
