Mr. Dispatcher 007? Thanks for your comment, but you should not blame the "Airlines" for a weak and poorly designed AND VERY EXPENSIVE, Rimowa suit case! I had the same problem with the large Rimowa suit case, 3 times, after my very nice local dealer in Apeldoorn, Holland, exchanged them out of her own pocket! (3 times) The corners on the "spendy Rimowa case" are poorly design … junk! Buy Samsonite, Rimowa's are garbage Get off your desk and see the heavy usage that suit cases should handle!

I bought 2 Rimowa suit cases in Apeldoorn The Netherlands (their official dealer) ... cost over 1000 euro or ($ 1,500.) One trip to Florida and one suit case came out with a big dent on a corner ... On visiting the Dealer where I bought it from ... Sorry! They advertise a 5 year warranty ... my damage was done right after I bought it! I paid about $700. for it! Stay away from Rimowa ...
