I passed all of my states requirements as far as taking the cbest and cset, and have experience with classroom instruction, lesson planning, school administration, and working with kids who’s first language is Spanish. What necessary for teach English in Thailand

I was addicted to FDA approved pain pills, benzos and muscle relaxers for 11 years straight. I got fired from chronic pain management in April 2019. I just finally bought some kratom max out trainwreck. I need it for cronic back pain, bad anxiety and I need a happy uplifting feeling. I can not smoke pot because it gives me very bad worse anxiety. I was so afraid to try this because of all the horrible stories I have seen about this even killing people. All the Dr's will not give me any pain meds anymore. I was on Percs 10mgs 4 times a day and they really helped me with all my problems. How many pills of kratom do I start out taking without harming me in any way?
