How did he get the truth table values for f
I know you're probably ahead of me when it comes to this since you comment 7 months ago or maybe you dropped out but ima say this either way lol. You plug in every value into the equation for example if w1=1 then w1 not is 0 then you multiply times w3 not then plus the next values. but there is a shortcut when ever you get at least one number 1, f automatically equals 1.

❗Note that, I forgot to mention about User Flows. Check these videos (ua-cam.com/users/results?search_query=userf+flow+) about it. But as I mentioned in the video, it's very important to show evolution. So you also need to create different versions of User flow and select the best one at the end. You need also show user flow evolution.

Yep, there should have been x1 bar not x1. However, this doesn't impact the solution, only the final answer. So just replace x1 to x1 bar. Thanks for letting me know. Take care!

Regarding question 15, C is true, because adding 2 negatives yields a positive number. the rest is not true. The answer D is not a 2's complement addition at all. Because in 2's complement, we drop the overflow bit.
