Seemed to run well enough Mark

I just recently got this truck and I don't have any of these issues, at least not yet. I did bend a shock absorber but other that that it seems to be fine. My unit came with 2 missing bearings, the pair from the lower side of the servo saver assembly, does this happen frequently? I mean when you get a new model you expect it to be complete.

runs great, cheap brushless systems are ok, i use them alot, stick 3s in there and it will wake it right up 👍👍👍😀

i think maybe you were unfortunate by getting a faulty one which understandably ruined your view of it, BUT . . .now after you fixed it, its absolutely awesome 👌 what a fantastic run and it seems really balanced in the air,great jumps and rip around 👌👍👍😎😎😎

A fairly tough RC car, it is able to survive in difficult terrain and is often hit.

I blew 3 diffs in 2.runs ... I posted videos on it .... I contacted hpi and they did me right and sent me a whole new truck ... Totally feel what you are going through ... Very disappointing rc

I did that to a couple of lipos but after a few months they were done. Esc went into lvc if i tried to go full throttle because they were so weak.

I had 2 broken crown gears after 4 battery packs with my Q2 mt. It is fixed but don't trust the car anymore for any bashing. Only car out of 40+ rc's I regret buying

Mine has been a pice of 💩 too. 4 front diffs, diff pinion, diff case bearings, slipper pad is either locked or it just slips, impossible to adjust. Front hub just broken. Shocks have become really bouncy. I’ve just detuned mine and run it 2s so my little boy can drive it. The drive train is made of glass.

Thanks , i decided to Put oil in the Diffs Instead of Grease . So Handling is good. May be a Tad too Tail end happy. Can you hear the Rattle ? Or is it my Paranoia. Its frustrating cause its potentially not a bad truck.

Can’t really hear the clicking noise on video , but I can tell you this, my Maverick Q flux has been amazing! I beat the snot out of it! I had a bit of crunching sound after running it in a bunch of gravel. Thought it might of been the diffs, but I ended up taking the support beam off to adjust my slipper and I found a bunch of Little Rock wedged in around the drive shaft and got them all out. Noise gone. Slipper was slightly out of adjustment. The thing has been one of my favorite rigs to run and jump. Sadly I finally cracked the body shell after hundreds of good and hard jumps! I love this thing as much as my Rival mt-10.

That sounds like you got one of them diffs are in backwards. Or the input shafts ain't shimmed right properly 🤷🏼‍♂️ hope you figure it out

A nice speed comparison and interesting to watch. Only a slight difference. But it makes a big difference in racing.
