I bought an 87 brand new, decent truck, leafs all around made it buck a lot and the 318 with 2 bbl carb was 150 hp. the paint kept coming off, factory repainted it three times.

A buddy had a 63 in 69 -- I drove it 100 miles when to a beach house rental 20 of us shared. We left at Midnight because traffic to Delaware was impossible on a Fri night. He was too tired to drive. I had that baby well over 100 on the PA Pike.

These are great 1/4 mile drag cars. I got beat by a 65 , 4 speed 350 ,,full back window. I was driving a 70 Camaro 396,, 4 speed. After the race he was asking to give him 4000,, and my Camaro in trade for his 65 corvette. That was back in 1978.. I regret not making the trade. That’s when muscle cars were not that worth that much. The were so many around. LOL!
I have owned a 65 Roadster 327 L79 since 1973 350 h.p. Paid $3150.00 I beat numerous 396s and other big blocks as well. The 340 Mopar was my biggest challenge, but bet most of them as well. When doubtful, I would just hop on my 1974 Z1 and NO ONE beat me. ☮️

This is probably a 1965 car, the scalino face was not in production after 1970 and the interior was changed even before that.
They made the GTA junior through to 1975, so my guess it's kosher. Thanks @Jiin Productions for sharing, and letting us see your garage 😁👍
@@natjes6017 The car is kosher, but it is built latest in 1969, )the original GTAs didn’t get the cockpit facelift, so it is hard to tell more exactly). The GTAs built after that looked differently.
