Check out these dog friendly cabins at Black Rock Park.  The only two others in Texas that I know of are at Lake Bastrop South Shore and Big Bend. We also went to check out the trails at Canyon of the Eagles.

Looking forward to our second trip there this year. One of my favorite places to unwind and detox from Austin. You should consider lowering the music volume since your voice is subdued...hard to hear you over the music.
So basically we should leave our dogs at home as they are not allowed to be with us exploring the canyons and trails.... ? 😞
It is definitely easier to visit national parks without them. These videos are only if you want to see what you can do with them along for the ride. 😊

Did you do any driving on the beach in the Tesla? I'm curious how well it could handle driving further down the beach as I'm looking to do a trip there in a few months with my AWD 3.

when you go to nationals park do you leave your dog in the Airbnb? I’m having a hard time planning this trip to the mighty five since dogs aren’t allowed on trails at national parks. Any tips or recommendations?? I really want to do some of the popular hikes
Arches/Canyonlands - Didn't hike in the national park. Drove through with dogs in car and took dogs on other hikes. Capitol Reef - Drove through. Took dogs into orchards. Bryce - Took dogs to Red Canyon - it was amazing! Zion - Took dogs on Pa'Rus Trail Other than that we leave our dogs in the hotel room because they are pretty well behaved. Hotels and airbnbs don't usually like that, though.
