Jays.. I remember listening to this interview when I was about 15-16 years old. I just love his speaking voice!
Thin Lizzy Jamming live . Really where a Class Act . Light up Phils Statue for Christmas in Dublin
Utube Delivered once more . From the great Phil Lynott.
Just found this where is this from who's on Backing Vocals. Wow great Tune by my Wondering Star . Philo
Thank you so much. Beautiful tune
Me too and also in 1978 Pinkpop Geleen in Holland.Good times.
Why are all these songs edited? These are great songs and just "these essence" of them is not enough! I'm sorry for you that you missed that in those wonderful songs! This is quintessential 1970's Rock & Roll at its best! The 5 guitarist alumni are enough to garner respect alone yet Phil's indisputable knack of melody and cliche' are truly pop art! 😃 C'mon people! Let's give it up for the innovators of Rock music!!! 😁😁😁
They aren't edited it's a medley by the band in a live set. and the remainder is a megamix from the megamix magazine number 208.
💔💔💔💔💔💔What a Beautiful voice he had ❤️💔I could listen to him talk all day.
❤❤💔💔💔Absolutely Loved his voice ❤
I Loved listening to him talk. That voice was Beautiful ❤❤❤❤

RIP Mike Morris also (presenter with mustache). He died in 2012. Great presenter.
Great stuff and very rare!
A great lovely frontman of the world
Swedes love good music.
Nice one so great
Could have been a hit! ❤
❤ my best song merci tha.k you
This group had really great songs. Unfortunately, I think Phil, at that time, relied too much on youth, and the quality of the musicians did not follow, except for the keyboardist who is really very good. But as for guitars and drum, they are not up to Phil's level. It's a shame because we could have had better demos.
Are you real Lawrence Archer was excellent Top guitarist !! and still is
@@danhalpin3646 Enjoy
My fave grand slam song. What a lyric in this life that you gave me there is sadness and no joy 🥲
Saw them at the Marquee club. Someone was heckling Phil for most of the night, eventually he lost it, jumped from the stage into the crowd, and beat the crap out of this guy. He then jumped back on stage and carried on, while the heckler was escorted out by security
4-12-84
@thelizzyman4831 I can't say for sure, but sounds about right
@@Arseverse It was a guy I know told me the same story and he was there he sent me the tape for the gig.
@thelizzyman4831 Wow small world, did he say why he was heckling Phil all night? I was nineteen in 84 so to see my musical hero leap from the stage, beat someone up, jump back on stage and carry on, blew my mind
@@Arseverse On the recording the guy sounds drunk and he's shouting stuff like 'Emerald c'mon' at one point Phil says 'i REMEMBER WHEN i HAD A DRINK'.
Happy birthday u.s.a.
Brilliant 👏
Class
No One Comes Close!
Great Philo. Stanway was also a right choice for keyboards. Archer a pain .....was and still.
For ME 🎉

RIP Meat Loaf (September 27, 1947 - January 20, 2022), aged 74 And RIP Phil Lynott (August 20, 1949 - January 4, 1986), aged 36 You both will be remembered as legends.

That intro is sheer perfection 😢
Superb. Thanks Charles
It's sad that often the demos are better than the final tracks.
Hello I think Wild Horses is a band that deserves more recognition. Didn't it get much publicity in the UK? In Japan, they were often featured in magazines. Maybe Jimmy Bain's singing was weak (^_^)
Listen to this early version makes me realize that the lyrics probably was not settled long before the recording session.
Thank you for finding
