Very nice !!! Hopefully BG and Ohio University Marching Bands can get together at a game either in Athens or BG. Lots of mutual respect there, as everybody knows how hard they all work !!!!!

Have never heard this collegiate band before! Wow! A very full well developed Ensemble sound. Not characteristic of many marching bands. Kudos. Is this Bowling Green Ohio or Kentucky?
Yes, they do sound amazing. This is Bowling Green Ohio. They are 425 members strong, second largest in the country.

I was the only high schooler with an orange plume and the only one from Seneca East! It was truly a great time and an honor to play with The Falcon Marching Band and under the direction of Mr. Waters!

@danhall2404 I absolutely LOVE all things marching band amd drum corps!! I was a "band aid" my senior year of high school, and that was the most fun I had all of high school!! One of my closest friends was drum major senior year and has now been on Broadway for the past 20 years! He said learning to "play to the stands" in DCI was just he needed to try his hand at musical theater! As my husband and I were leaving campus after moving our daughter in, we passed by the FMB practice field, and they were out practicing. We sat in the car for about 20 minutes, just listening to them play. It was amazing!!

Christian, I am so amazed by your comment on HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN! This is truly amazing! The Marching Band Show is something these KIDS look forward to each year! This is to have FUN! Unfortunately, you do not understand this concept or truly follow the Glenoak Band who have won battle of the bands the last three years. They have FUN during this performance because they kick ass at every game and competition they do. Heaven forbid you understand the concept of marching band or how fantastic the Glenoak Marching Band is in everything they do! Please find something better to do with your time than try to degrade high school children for having fun. You are truly what is wrong with this country. God speed to you sir.

I have no words for the many things they got wrong. The marking time, the way the saxes were holding their instruments, the people who kept turning their heads (in marching band you don't), how when they were walking on no one was in actual attention and their arms were moving, the lack of a roll step, and don't get me started on the lack of uniforms. I know this might sound hateful but these are huge parts of marching band that anyone in marching band will instantly notice and cringe at.
sir, i’m sorry that we are a high school marching band and having fun. if you don’t like the way we do our things then that is just fine. there is no need to be hating on high school kids who did nothing to you. the way we do our things are the way we do them and how we’ve been taught and told. not everyone is the same just like not every marching band is the same. i’m sorry we hurt your feelings by the way we have fun while doing our band stuff. we aren’t a competition band and it doesn’t matter. we are proud of who we are and proud of who we have became. in the kindest way possible, please leave us alone. thank you and i’m sorry we hurt your feelings

Because the fact you have to degrade literal children on the internet for your own self satisfaction is kind of sad. Have a nice night and practice your instrument!
with all due respect, you have no right to be hating on literal children. we are 14-18 years old. and not to mention you felt the need to watch the video as well. you could've watched it and went on with your life, or better yet just didn't watch it. i don't know if it gives you a reputation with all your little buddies or whatever but you're making us, as a band family pretty frustrated. we are doing what we are taught, and who cares if we're turning our heads or not marking time perfectly. we're having fun. and as a senior in this marching band, i think it's safe to say that every student in this video has more respect and dignity than you ever will. so please next time think before you react. thank you so much for reading all these responses and expect more to come! also always remember to practice your instrument! have a nice night, respectfully, a senior in this band!

Imagine hating on literal kids. Many people have turned their heads to see cues at certain times, to see their friends, etc - and this performance was clearly not meant to be expertly formal. Grow up and learn that not everything in this universe is perfect.
