At last the cold truth about LUT’s I’ve been confused and bedazzled by all the super pro guys on podcasts spending hour on one scene fiddling with curves, colour wheels , histograms, and god knows what, only to find as a newbie shooting in log when I edit in CapCut and use just the simple colour adjustments then play on my 65 inch tv screen, no grain it’s movie like and my wife says “yes dear just like a movie” I’m convinced and have shed all the bull s…t from my confused brain. So well done again you have brought a new meaning to the phrase “Simple Simon” 👍

The biggest debate I'm having with myself is whether I make the move to iPhone or stick with Samsung since the S25 Ultra is coming out, I love the fact that this app can go up to 120fps with Apple Log, and that's what I need since I love the color grading task, I've been an Android user all my life, so this makes the decision quite a difficult one, But it all boils down to whether the S25 Ultra can do the same, if it doesn't, then iPhone is the way to go.

It's not as versatile as JJ-02. Freewell one can not turn vertical view, which is very useful when selfie and video chat mode.

Not sure if you can answer or speculate on this. I’m looking into the SandMarc clip on ND filters. My concern is that they will conflict with the Aiffro drive when it’s stuck to the back. Does the drive need precise placement over the MagSafe magnet? Or can it be cheated off a bit? If they can work together it would seem to be a perfect solution. (And I’ll buy through your link. ;-)) )

For pulling focus on the 15 pro and up I have seen good luck with the Tilta Nucleus nano 2 wireless as it can connect to any black Magic Camera (and iPhone camera app) and pull focus like normal. Albeit, a pricey endeavor but works across iPhone and other professional set ups.
