Really slacking on these updates but life has kinda gotten crazy and I will be making a video about it in a few weeks once everything is finalized!     awesome man with the comedy open mic...my cousin recently embarked on his comedy career and he performs at a comedy club in Long Island once and a while called THE BROKERAGE.He does pretty good and gets a nice crowd.I have my days like that in the gym as well but hey we push through it and the next day is a fresh one to go kill it..Thats how i look at it👍

    It only gets better. Months 3-5 are the hardest. I have been told it gets easier to keep at it at the 6 month mark. I say I heard because in the past 4 to 5 months has been the normal drop off for me. Your doing great. you can tell the weight loss from your face in the videos.

    I've been away from UA-cam for a couple of weeks and have missed some of your videos. Man, I really can tell a difference! Your weight loss is going awesome. Sorry you had a bad time last night. :( Glad you reached out to friends for help. Reaching out for help is a challenge for me.       PatFightsFat tryna get that arms jacked as fuck. hey man, clearly you're at a much better spot than me currently but all the research I've been doing says lifting burns a fuck load more calories/fat than just cardio. I'm also tryna drop a lot of weight. gonna be jacked af Pat. gonna have to change that youtube name haha

    I'm afraid to say too much. I just pause this around the 9 minute Mark so go back about 15 seconds prior. I think the circle of friends who identify with you as a party guy who they can get wrecked with every time... they may be afraid to look at themselves as you change. They may be afraid you will no longer need them as your circle of people, once getting smashed and fucked up is out of the picture. Same with the friends afraid for you to lose weight. they're afraid as you raise the bar in your life, they may not be as desirable. Truth is if they cannot respect sobriety around you and be okay, then they won't be desirable and shouldn't be. I'm kinda pissed at your friends for seeming so selfish. Your life matters man. SO MUCH. you come first. I'm giving you my phone number when you run into these situations call me and I swear I will be your God damn sponsor

    you have to surround yourself with people who will support you and not put you in difficult situations where you will fall of track..Your friends are your friends i get it..but if thier not behind you and helping you during this time then its time to put them on the back burner for now.Time for some Gym friends,workout friends,walking friends,healthy friends..For this to work everyone has to be on the same page as you and now what your goals are.And if they are not its time to give them a timeout..Sorry to say it but it must be done.Because if you dont then they are always going to be putting you in situations that are going to be difficult and make it easy for you to fall off track and make wrong decisions.Wether it be eating wrong,drinking to much,not working out just putting you in a different mindset.Real friends Support!!!!

    First off I commend you on going to the gym, have seen your posts on your facebook page. Gives me motivation to get off my lazy ass and do some exercising. I will be getting a gym membership by the end of the month, more of a financial speed bump then a motivational one. I hope you do not mind I am using your losses as a watermark for my losses to push myself and keep on track. I have also gotten I can't imagine you skinny comments but what is worse I have also gotten them from my own head. Define yourself as the kind and jolly fat guy for so long and you become that person. I am so scared of change that I have given a few friends permission to kick me in the nuts if I turn into one of those "reformed" skinny people. you know the type the ones who forget where they came from and are judgmental of all the "fatties". Get yourself healthy and find your true self if you wear too many masks/personas you will have a hard time recognizing the man you see in the mirror. Friends come and go as you grow older and life changes, you are a different person now than six months from now and will be a different person in a years time. If a friendship can last your life changes than that is great if not you have great memories to look back upon a different time of your life. Wish you well and look forward to your next upload.

    maybe try to keep a mood journal. doesn't have to be everyday but when you feel especially up or down, make a note. even if its just a notepad file on your desktop. write down whats bumming you out. and i bet youll start to see a pattern. i used to get bummed a lot because i was working a shitty warehouse job and couldn't meet chicks, and when i started going to school at night and going on interviews, and eventually found a new job, well it helped and then i could move on with my life instead of feeling like i didn't like where i was at, then i wasn't embarrassed to meet chicks or have them ask me what i do for a living. nobody is happy all the time but people who don't have goals, and plans their following to try achieving those girls are less happy. if you don't like something about yourself, you gotta identify that thing. figure out how you'd prefer it, how to do that and then do it. As for how much time it's taking -- i would say... try not to look at it like it's going to take X amount of time to reach your goal. i don't think you're ever going to reach a goal and be happy and stay there. i think you're going to be eating right and exercising forever, so instead of being anxious about getting to the end, and then being able to relax, just accept that this is a thing you do now and forever-- enjoy the weightloss as a perk, as it is inevitable-- but don't treat it like it's something you're eventually going to graduate, because you aren't. working out and eating right is going to have to become normal for you like brushing your teeth or going to work.

    i have bad days as well,it happens.Usually when I'm down and out I think about the future and the future results and all the great opportunities are going to happen.Bad days are normal its part of this whole thing that we are going through.When cravings come around just go walking just walk thats it,do it.Congrats on that 4xl..What a great feeling isnt it.weekly or monthly weigh ins are great but try not to do it everyday.

    You post more than enough. I don't think you need to post every time all the time. A daily log/video would be fine. This escapade is to help you focus and get your life back on a healthy track but you can not let it consume you and take you away from living your day to day life. I would also find it weird to post/update throughout the day if I am out with friends. If anything take a quick snap shot of the food, a lot of people are foodies and do this as well and post it when you have time. When I first started writing a blog I wanted to write everyday and quickly found out I do not have the creative spark to come up with something to post day in and day out other than a food log so I decided to make a post once a week on weigh in days and if something tickles my fancy I will make another throughout the week. You are losing weight and you are feeling better. Use that and live your life to its fullest. Take your time to document at the end of the day or if you have a spare time to yourself. Not too big of a deal. Also I will I try to make a comment on all your videos but on the weekends I am off work and only have youtube on my ps4 or phone and I hate typing on either of those so weekend videos I do watch but you probably are not going to see any feedback from me.     great vid man..social media is crazy how it works.The best part I get out of this whole youtube thing is that it holds me accountable for every decision i make with my weightloss.All the nuts and bolts from eating to what im eating how i exercise how much i exercise..its so crazy👍👍👍stay positive and walk your ass off,cause you will see results..im living proof..no surgery all natural baby✌
