At idle 45 seconds after cold start - and rev up to 4000 RPM.. (Temperature outside: 58F)

has this just have the middle section removed?
Right after cats the original pipes all gone - replaced with custom fabricated H pipe that joins together in middle, to even out gas exchange from left and right sides. X pipe causes both banks to crash into each other at X connection, H pipe more like straight pipe. Oldschool mustangs used H pipe. It sounds great on the 4.8is. At end I have supersprint mufflers which are the best as they create just a little backpressure which helps with toque on the car.. I have Haman headers and race cars which I still have not installed, as this setup sounds so nice. Quiet when you want it, a German hammer when you need it! .. This year added Stage 3 cold air intake (afe), high flow throttle body from Dinan, and stage 3 tune - and exhaust note sounds even better... I have to say the sound of this car/engine, is beautiful/amazing, to any car guy or not.. Cheers !

Andrew Lee I know this is a year old but I just wanted to correct something. An x pipe doesn't cause gases to crash into each other, the pulses from the exhaust pull each bank through the x during combustion. There isn't any crashing or mixing of of gasses going on.

Axle Rose I've only ever used x pipes, so I honestly couldn't give you a good answer.

Yes it is.. the diffuser was off at time of vid.. Why would you think without a diffuser its not a 4.8is?? Ive seen debadged/altered 4.8is look like 4.4's dont ever let the look fool ya .. See picture of car in description after diffuser was re-installed on bumper :-) .. I also re-did the intake for better air-flow.. Next on list is new high flow throttle body from Dinan
