Great video! One minor thing, component values in silkscreen are uncommon. Usually you put the component name there, so if you need to adjust some values you can do so in the component list instead of having to order a new PCB. For a soldering excersize it totally makes sense tho.

I just recived my kit and i love it. your PCB's are awsome with the packman and having everything labeled so well safety tips are great. don't forget to add theses videos to the pdf file. I learn better by watching and I had to search this out.
