Hello, I am doing my Capstone in this topic, but I am struggling to understand the history of it. You have done a wonderful job, but where do I find this info? I am a Hartford resident. I came from PR in 2016.

15:16 - It would be great to look at income gaps between African American Families and white Families. There could be an economic drive for Black families to be living in the more urban areas of CT.
I'll tell ya one thing about these new Corp Owners. They're trying to almost double my sister's and I rent. She's mentally disabled and I'm also disabled. We have a family voucher for this house my late mother moved into in 1986. She rented it from a family friend back then until recently. There's also an illegal apartment in the basement of which we pay for the gas and electricity too. It's only on 1 bill. Gettin screwed and don't know what to do. 😮💨
It would be nice to include pertinent links and descriptions within the uploading process of these session. Otherwise great job and thanks for sharing

Its not white vs Black. Its rich Vs poor. Most towns in rural Connecticut are poor. You have Sarah Bronin and a bunch of rich real estate developers who stand to gain financially if CT opens the doors to high density development. That slap the term racism on it... and bamn..... they can now make more generational wealth. I say Generational wealth because people like Sarah have so much money they could not possible spend it one lifetime. Her children are all set, her children's children are all set, In fact some of these politicians have so much money that 400 years of her family tree would never have to work again.......... yet she thinks she understands poor people and is out for black and brown?
Sara is Mexican, Luke is Jewish. Not sure if they're "old money" or not.
Nice video but it lacks supporting data and sources
Central planning is communism.
