This video shows the ST Olympic Bench with Storage withstanding a load of 400kg with bar being dropped onto the bar holder and frame. The result shows no damage to the bar holder or frame. The bench padded area where a user would be positioned has been rated to hold a static weight of 400kg.

The Ziva Olympic bar was tested for 3 minutes with a load of 860kg/1896lbs. From the video you can see the bar was bent for the entire 3 minutes. Once the load was released the bar was checked for warpage none was evident.
