Yay! To finishing a challenge! Going with the in-laws for thanksgiving, it’s going to be fun! I love these small challenges. I feel like I accomplish some saving! 😁

I wish I worked enough to save for the holidays. My job slows down during the winter and I dont have a car to get around. So i usually don’t celebrate the holidays

I had to take a big look at how I managed my stress. I did a brain dump of what was stressing me out, what is making me happy, and what is unhealthy habits that cause me to have immediate gratification vs. how I feel after it's over. Me and my husband and I have a "meeting" day on Sundays to talk about the stresses for the week and talk through how to move forward. I also have a command center board with focus, goals, and events for the family. We updated it during the meeting. I also had to put a framed short list of like 3 or 4 things to help me do basic things. Like make the bed... literally basic stuff for those days we feel bad. And it's in front of me. I allow myself about an hour of me time each work morning before I start work to distress. Life's hard. Tell people you love and love you what you need from them and listen and respect what they need. ❤ ❤❤

Here from HeyKayBudgets 🥰 I think I hold things in and never really deal with them. Avoidance of the real feelings has become the easiest coping method.
