I’m honestly amazed by where you find all that energy for so many workouts! How do you manage to recover so quickly and stay so consistent with it all? Definitely need to know your secrets for keeping that drive and energy high day after day!
I schedule a lot of videos in advance, through the week and try to record mostly on weekends. Also posting consistently keeps me accountable in different areas of my life

With free weights training my muscles are always sore the next day. This is not the case with resistance bands, how come? Am I still developing muscles?
Soreness is normal when weight training, but the reason you're not sore after using resistance bands is due to the lighter load.
