What an a$$hole cop!

This cop was way over board - didn't have to be that cruel - all he had to do is ask her "why you didn't pull over when you saw me behind you"? - "ignoring the siren and see that I'm still behind you". She should know that - gave her tickets for that. But he had to be tuff cop and put cuff on her - in the police car and off to jail. She telling him her husband is in the hospital having surgery - yeah she worried about her husband and not thinking straight - but for the cop calling her a liar - and saying you have a collage degree and a driver license that you should pull over when you see a cop with the siren going??? She should have done that but most likely she didn't do it on purpose - having husband in the hospital having surgery - anyone would be on that moment when your not thinking - having thr person you n love in the hospital. So hopefully she will pull over next time when she here's a siren behind her. Getting tickets instead of going to jail - think cop started to realize that and not make it harder on her husband being the hospital while your wife is in jail. With you being a teacher.....you don't want to go thru that again.

I have no problem with the LAW or whether she should have stopped. The cop allowed his anger to rise above his professionalism. I'm glad the opposite eventually occurred. He forgoed an opportunity for a teaching moment, choosing instead to waste both their valuable time and alienate another citizen from law enforcement.

Say what you want about the officer or woman.. All I know is that it is sick how the officer threatened to pull out a pregnant woman.

I was driving home one night and they had a car pulled over about a 1/4 mile in front of me, the officer had turned off his lights and so I kept going normal speeds, the officer aggressively sped up behind me and pulled me over and yelled at me about not slowing down for a police officer on the side of the road, which would be understandable if he had his lights on still, which he didn’t, so I yelled back at him I wasn’t required to slow down , I wasn’t speeding and he had already turned off his lights 🤷‍♂️ he let me go

I think this cop was justified in all his actions but he could have handled the arrest better in the beginning but he was quite respectable later on in the video and to add to the matter the sirens had been going off for a good part of the ride since the start of the video meaning he had been following her for a bit with the sirens on that she should have indicated the officer was tailing her and she should have pulled over so while it makes it easy to feel sad about the husband or her as a pregnant woman this cop did good in not being swayed by those and doing his duty while also not going to far like some other cops would and if they had be be given a grade the women would be given a B- because she didn't blow the situation out of proportion but didn't stop for the cop when she should have and the cop would deserve an A because even though he was a little rude in the beginning he was well within right to arrest her and later on tried to converse with her and try to only give her a ticket but after their discussion assumed she was being dishonest about "her not thinking it was her" that the cop was trying to pull over and concluding it to be a lie.

College educated and says she didnt know she had to pull over! BS.....even small children understand what the police 🚔 lights/sirens mean. Its been depicted in cartoons, tv shows and movies for over 50 yrs. I hope she realizes just how lucky she is. That officer went over above to help her.

Regardless whether she did or didn’t know he was there which I’m sure she did or she was distracted which is another citation -this was excessive. No need to detain and arrest for something so stupid waste of tax payer funds on gas. issue the citation and explain. If it was a repeat offense ok. He just pissed and abused his authority or he just wanted to get off the road to do the report for the rest of the day.

He was only upset because she didn’t stop, but I ask you Officer, does a normal human being worry, panic and fear, that they’re only concentrated on their loved one.
