Would be enlightening if the name of fertilizer used is mentioned. How can I give this a like 👍 if I have not gained the knowledge I was looking for? Should be informative not just for show. Just my thought. I guess I have to find another helpful video!
The description says Worm casting for Bittermelon. That’s the natural organic fertilizer that’s being used in this video.

Hmmm... the leaves of my 42 day tomato plants look different. I wonder which one of us got the mislabeled seeds.
@@Jacqueline-nk1pt what about the fruit, do they look different as well? It’s so hot in my zone, I assume this was in June. Your plant probably has huge leaves, our air is so dry, the soil is clay, and it’s so hot. That could be the factor. I just put some seeds in the ground today. I also have 50 day tomato.
Silk normally show up a couple days, maybe a week at most after the tassel. When i noticed my tassel growing and no silk, i added some nitrogen heavy fertilizer and in a day or so all the silks began to appear.

I haven’t tried deep fried squash flowers but definitely I’m saving the male flowers after hand pollinating because I’m going to add it in my vegetable recipe
@@Allaboutgardening12 they are so good! Stuffed with goat cheese or cream cheese with jalapenos, or literally anything, then breaded and fried... Entirely too tasty! :)

Can someone pls answer a question?? When should you pick the flowers & when not to... & on which plants?? 🤷♀️ I heard some plants are done with their life cycle once they flower, but you can pick the flower heads to keep them producing longer. Or to help young plants grow bigger, such as with cucumber & pepper plants. So I picked all the first flowers of my young bean plants... but then saw a vid saying to pick excess foliage to spur more flowers to grow. I'm so confused. 😒
