Good solid message about the future. I have long believed that Jesus meant for us to be ready for the bad things that will characterize the end of this age - which we see developing right now. The message is that we should not fear, but we should be prepared to stand firm.

Wonderful message. As a fan of Patrick of Ireland, I appreciated Myron's telling Patrick's story. For a number of years, I made Patrick the subject of research papers in my writing classes. I love the story that I had never heard about Newton. Thanks Myron. But the point of the message was the best. I can tell you of many miracles in my journey with the Lord. And yes. there have been pivot points. Thank the Lord.

Good insight into the primary message Jesus had for us, the kingdom of God. That is something that is often missing in preaching. But it is the whole point of what Jesus was about, calling us to the kingdom.

I love how many people are involved in this outpost of the kingdom of God in Tacoma. I pray for you all.

The salient piece in Myron's message is that leaders should be chosen according to their "fulness". By that he meant the fulness of then Spirit and wisdom. (Acts 6:3) No matter what other skills or knowledge they have, the crucial element is the fulness of the Spirit and wisdom. That will be what enables them to respond to emerging situations and give the needed leadership to the church. And what might those emerging situations be? For the church in Acts 6 they were opposition and violence. But reading on in Acts those emerging situations included opportunity. And we find that the leadership, which by then included in chapter 8 Phillip taking the gospel to the Samarians and in chapter 13 Paul and Barnabas taking the gospel to the Gentiles in Asia. (And dealing with opposition in each situation.) Beyond the pages of Acts, we find Mark taking the gospel to Africa. And so it has gone. Men and women filled with the Spirit and wisdom rose to the opportunities and the good news spreads throughout the world. May we do the same, led by men and women filled by the Spirit and wisdom.
